I worked for Harry & David for several years and have ordered Royal Riviera pears for many years. I have to say that this year’s crop is the juiciest and most delicious I have ever tasted. A must try!!!!

Harry and David has wonderful products, but shipping was so much, I decided not to send from there this year.

I arrived at 9:30 for check-in and left by 10:30. The shipping process was quick, and the assistance at the shipping desk was excellent. In summary, I had a fantastic experience overall.

Thanks Harry and David. Received a little gift box from H&D due to a somewhat harsh but accurate review of items in a Christmas gift box. Totally unexpected but very much appreciated. Wish you all would train the Airlines on customer service.

I have been a recipient and a customer of Harry & David for many years. Top quality products, prompt shipping and extraordinary customer service. Recently, I made a mistake in a shipping address for a gift I sent and Harry & David made it right as soon as I contacted them even though the gift had already been shipped. Their response was prompt and immediately solved the problem. It is so refreshing to to have a such a prompt, corrective, and kind response from a company. Thank you and I will remain a customer for life! Also, the pears are the best you will ever eat!

The order (and replacement order) was never received, BUT they handled the situation with great regard and top-notch customer service. There may have been issues with FedEx delivering it to the wrong place, but nonetheless Harry & David staff handled the situation very well and I commend them for that.

Words cannot even begin to describe the customer service experience I had! While my order was a day late, the man who took my call was beyond exceptional. He went above and beyond any other customer service rep I’ve ever spoke with, from offering a refund, to personally calling the gift recipient, to other ways to keep my service. I’m not one to write reviews, but he left a lasting impression on how customer service should be. Kudos to this rep and team, I will definitely be a returning customer.

Ordered two different gifts this year from this store, my first time dealing with them. The first package (dry fruit and nuts) arrived on time and my friend was impressed. Been sending her gifts for years...she's never been this impressed at the beauty of a hamper. She LOVED it...with a big L. Then I got caught late and ordered a gift on the 22nd of December with a delivery expected the 29th. Not only did my friends enjoy the gift but it arrived for Christmas eve, that is 2 DAYS (!!!) from Ohio to Ontario...CANADA! To say that I'm impressed...and thankful...is an understatement. Will absolutely order again.

Awesome place to deliver! They have overnight parking. My appointment was at 9am I got there the night before and went to sleep. They knocked on my door at 7am got backed in and left by 7:35!

I would have to say yeah to that I work there so I know that yeah that is a good rating I enjoy working there I am a picker can't wait until full-blown season I want to 4500 or above I wonder if it's even possible that is a very large number five star

Appointment was 9:30 was out 10:40 22 pallet i would say it's pretty fast unloading team and nice lady in the front receiving office .

They have the best fruitcake. Not overloaded with fruit and the flavor put a smile on my face.
