I would like to thank the manager (I don’t remember his name) of this store for helping me today test my battery on my car. The wind was blowing like crazy and the temperature was below 20°. I appreciate him coming outside to assist me to make sure my battery did not need replaced. Everyone who works at the store is very friendly and this will be my future car part store to go to! Thank you Advance Auto.

Cleanest and most organized parts store I have ever seen. (Nice people too)

The process of a battery exchange was very pleasant and employees were very helpful. Went above and beyond to make sure a customer was not only safe in their vehicle but satisfied!

I went to Advance Auto Parts Hebron Ohio yesterday in need of purchasing freon for my auto air conditioner. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received. An employee named John not only helped me pick the right product but offered to put it in Right then. I have 5 stars 🌟 because in today's world good customer service like this is EXTREMELY RARE. THANKS AGAIN John no more sweating this summer in my car...

Jeff and his team are all great guys and they do a fantastic job of taking care of their customers. The store always looks great. If there's anything you need and they don't have it, they will find it for you that matter of the links they have to go to. The prices are always great in the availability for the area is great also.

You would be hard-pressed to find better people to help you with any Automotive me that you may have. They have the parts in stock and if they don't have it they will get them in a reasonable amount of time.

Had a great Experience! Bought windshield wipers after mine blew up this morning. Employee asked if I would like for him to install them, and with being a self respecting man that can do it, took him up on it anyways. He asked what kind of truck and immediately transitioned the piece needed for my application and installed them within 30 seconds. GREAT JOB AND GREAT ATTITUDE!

Our entire experience with this store exceeded all expectations from the beginning phone call with Victoria and her helpful nature and investigative work with inventory to Boaz getting a battery from Reynoldsburg to the store within a couple hours and finishing with Garrett installing the battery with a fun sense of humor. Our hard knock day was completely turned around because of the top notch customer service. I recommend this place for your auto repair needs.

Gotta love the older gents who work in the mornings lol. They are a hoot!! Very nice, clean and great service. They need to get their code reader fixed tho 🤔

I've shopped at Advance Auto Parts since I began to drive...and in several states. I probably always will. I don't remember ever having to special-order or wait for a part, regardless of vehicle age or rarity. Inexplicably...they just have it, when I need it. Pricing is competitive and has never been an issue, but, I do feel they offer a better quality of manufacturers than their competitors, in many cases. Names I've learned to trust over 30 years. Names my father trusted and taught me.

This is the auto part store the is the only one that I use because they're very informative you go in and ask for help and they're right on it and they even offered to help fix things and he put in my new battery for me and ice really really appreciated it

I couldn't get my oil cap off, the guys at the store came out to help me get it off. Nice and polite. And this may be a duh, but they had the oil I needed too.

Friendly, knowledgeable guys working at this convenient location (for me) that are extremely helpful and just as determined as you are to get you the parts to fix your vehicle as though it was their own. highly recommended. I am there at least once a week for something
