I was recommended to come here by a friend who has purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. Great experience buying a car here. Bought my 2024 Hyundai Elantra here as a driving car for my kids. From start to finish it was a simple process. They even pulled the car into the show room and put a bow on it as a surprise. That little extra touch definitely gives them 5 stars for sales, service, and like ability. Joe and Jamie were great to deal with. Would recommend them to anymore in the market for a new vehicle.

First my Coughlin experience started with messaging on there website and they was very nice to do so on that even though they was bout to close chip called me to touch base n got all my info and then got back to me the next day asap and let me know all the info I wanted to do first wasn’t pushy at all like most sales people and then I went up to look at the Kona I wanted didn’t try and talk me into getting anything else but the car I wanted the whole thing went smooth was in and out bout 2 hrs would def recommend getting a car from Coughlin 10-10 easily

Went to Coughlin Hyundai in Heath on 10/27/18 to test drive a 2019 Sonata and look over a 2018 Sonata Limited 2.0 Turbo that was on showroom floor. Plan was to get a 2019 Limited in the Spring and order what we wanted for color etc. Being a 10 year Sonata owner we were satisfied with Hyundai.
We were met by Chip Price, sales associate and we first off saw the most beautiful gray Limited on the floor and it was getting serious. Chip got us into a Sport Sonata 2019 and loved it on the test drive.
Chip went over the many great features of the 2018 Limited and we were sold on it. We decided to get some numbers.. With the great deal we were given on the Limited, we closed the deal.
I went back the next day after all financing was finalized by Jim Brown and signed the paperwork. Wife and I returned a few days later to pick up our awesome car(after Polysteel Coating applied). Chip spent over and hour going over the techy stuff with my wife and I so she could feel comfortable since she will be primary driver.
Chip and Jim were 5 star from the get go. All personnel were friendly and greeted us each time we came.

Nothing short of an amazing experience for my first time buying a car at a dealership. Staff was extremely friendly, and there was absolutely no pushing for anything I didn't ask for. They did a great job helping me finance my Elantra with my less than perfect credit. I'm happy with my new 18 Elantra, and I will definitely shop here again and refer people here in the future.

I always found car shopping a hassle and a bit frustrating when reviewing models and trim levels. Austin Warden was great and knowledgeable about the different models and features when we stopped in. He was courteous and patient while we checked out a couple different options before buying.

Great place to buy a vehicle. They were nice enough to hold a new 2021 Palisade because I had to drive 3 hours to purchase it. Fast service, honest and straight forward.

In only speaking about the service center, I always love the staff here. It’s easy to book an appointment, make changes, and ask questions.

I never mind waiting for my car during a service appointment. Once when my husband and I were waiting for a while and we brought a board game, the employee actually brought us back to an office that was not in use and let us use the desk. We had our lunch there and enjoyed ourselves. What top-notch service!

I love the new renovations to the service area. You can bring your laptop and do work at the counter, or read a book in one of the comfy chairs.

I love these people... they are super helpful and the girl who writes service is just plain awesome. This is my second visit to get work done on my daughters car and both times they have made me feel at home. They let me borrow a desk to do some work on my laptop. I would buy a car from these folks
