Mitch Green is an excellent service advisor. He always recognizes me and knows the cars I bring to Coughlin Toyota. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything I ask about. He is realistic about what is needed and doesn't try to "up sell" me to boost maintenance revenues. Mitch understands my vehicles' history and trends overall from what he has seen. Whenever something doesn't get done right, it is fixed right away. These are reasons I trust Mitch implicitly and will continue to bring my vehicles to Coughlin. I will look first at Coughlin Toyota first for a new or used vehicle because of the service which I'm about to do.

Very streamlined purchase and straight forward with numbers. They are very knowledgeable and helpful with the advanced features on these new Toyota models. Definitely recommend buying locally when you can.

The entire staff was helpful and incredibly understanding throughout the entire ordeal of trying to buy a car - there were some unforeseeable obstacles, and they helped us problem-solve and even held the car for over a week for us! I talked with Jacob at Coughlin Toyota about a Tundra. I have nothing but great things to say about him. He was quick to respond, straight to the point, no silly back and forth games on numbers. Unfortunately, they sold the truck before I could get there, but I still had a great experience. I would highly recommend.

The service department was exceptional. I was having an issue with my car beyond normal oil changes and so on. The person who greeted me and checked me in should be teaching classes in Customer service and what that means. He actually took the time to walk out to my car and look at it with me, then explain why I was having the issues and how they could help remedy them. I believe his name was Bob Young. It is very rare that anyone makes extra effort to help people and his approach was very appreciated. Highly recommend these guys, I have been taking my car here for over a year and nothing but good things to say.

Bob at Coughlin Toyota was a life saver. When two other mechanics messed up My oil filter housing unit, Bob and his team were able to diagnose the real issue and fix it fast. This meant a great deal to my family as we are a military family moving to a new location. I cannot say enough about the service and friendliness of this establishment.

The staff at Coughlin were extremely helpful in securing a new 4Runner during the current state of shortages and delays with new vehicles. I did have to wait a while, but they were very patient and communicative during the process, even with my frequent questions and requests while I was waiting on delivery. They were able to get me the extras I wanted, and had everything ready when I arrived to take ownership. They made the sales process extremely quick, easy, and convenient. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone seeking out a new or used vehicle.

By far my best car buying experience I have ever had. The salesman where not pushy and basically gave me keys to whatever I wanted to drive and said bring it back whenever and tell us what you think. They where very informative on the vehicles but really didn’t try to push me into buying something. Over all they ended up working with me on my trade in to get me to a number I was comfortable with and after that I was out of there in a new truck in under an hour. In the future if I am buying another vehicle they will be my first stop.

We purchased a used Toyota Venza from Jared at this dealership. They matched the best offer from another dealer on our trade-in, gave us a decent price on the Venza (no gouging because it was a hybrid), and after the deal was closed they fully honored the promises they made in order to get the sale.

The extended warranty was offered at a lower price than any other dealership had offered. (We didn't buy it, but it was nice to not feel victimized by their pricing LOL).

I had to bring the car back in to get a second key made & to have some minor scratches buffed out. They sold the key to me for less than any other dealer, & it works perfectly. They even sent texts so I could stay in communication while they detailed it. They buffed it out until it looked like a brand new car. Super quick service, too.

Jared was a decent guy to work with, both personable & professional. He even made a great nearby restaurant recommendation for us.

Above all, we LOVE our Venza! It's beautiful, rides and drives very well, has lots of terrific features, and we've been averaging 43+mpg!!

Sierra in the service department did an excellent job working out an appointment date which was convenient for me. Day of appointment, she checked me in seamlessly and made sure to address all my concerns. She phoned me twice in the day to discuss some issues and helped me save a few dollars. Check out process was very smooth. The work on the truck was exactly what was required. 10 year old truck drives like new now. Very happy experience overall. First time bringing my Toyota to Coughlin for maintenance. Am quite positive that they will be the only works service center working on my truck.

My husband and I were searching for a silver 2022 Highlander, platinum edition. I contacted the dealership and spoke with salesman Kevin Corl and he told me that one was currently in transit. From that first phone call, to the final signing, Kevin & the financial department were great to work with. Kevin kept me up to date on the transit, contacted me & sent a photo as it was delivered & answered all the questions my husband and I had. We actually purchased it right off the truck! This is the very first brand new vehicle I have ever owned and I love it! Kevin did not pressure us at all, gave my husband and I time to talk and answered all of our questions.
