Sarah was such a blessing as we embarked on the journey of purchasing our first home. My husband and I had different views on styles, location, and budget. She always made us feel as though we were her only client with the level of attention and professionalism she displayed. Sarah was patient and helpful every step of the way (even when we changed our minds 180 degrees)! She listened to each of us and was always available to answer questions, schedule viewings, and provide insight into home ownership. I am constantly raving about our positive experience with Sarah and recommending her to others. Her participation in the Homes for Hero’s program provided valuable financial assistance at a time when we needed it the most! My husband and I are now in our dream house and it is all thanks to Sarah and her hard work, dedication, and perseverance with such newbies!

We used the Homes for Heroes program and Sarah was incredible! She was extremely courteous and available to us and Even though we chose a house that we bought directly from an owner she made sure the process ran smoothly and was constantly updating us on the status. The program saved us a lot of money in the end as well. In addition, I have seen Sarah and her family out in the community and serving and my opinion raised even higher of her because of all she gives back to the area!

Picking the right Realtor to help you buy or sell your home can often be just as stressful, if not more stressful, than actually selling/buying your home. My wife and I had several bad experiences when it came to our realtors over the years. So, when we first started our home search after moving back to Georgia, we knew we wanted to find someone that would actually help us this time around. Luckily, the first person my wife found was Sarah Johnson. My wife is a nurse, so when she read about the Homes for Heroes program Sarah offered, we decided to give her a call. We instantly fell in love with her. Her warm and inviting personality really made us feel like we had been friends for years. Based on our past experiences with other realtors, we still had one concern. Would she really step up and go to bat for us when we really needed it? Let me tell you, people...I like to describe Sarah as the nicest shark you'll ever meet haha. When we decided to build our home, she was constantly giving us updates, calling the builders to see where they were on deadlines, negotiated the pricing of our house down like a boss! Seriously, saved us so much, that when it came to the upgrades of our home build, we were essentially able to go all out and still be well within our budget. Not only did she help us every step of the way during our 6-7 month home building processes, but she's also stayed in touch with us over the last several years. I got a card in the mail from her two days ago! Handwritten! Who does that!? Sarah Johnson does. Because she's classy like that. If you want someone that truly cares about you and your home buying/selling experience, look no further. It doesn't get any better.

Sarah was great to work with. She did an amazing job with helping my wife and I find a home to buy. She was very knowledgeable and always responsive and guided us through the process with no problems. I would definitely work with Sarah again and would recommend her to all others as well.

Sarah with Cor Residental is by far the hardest working real estate agent I've ever met. I have bought and sold a few homes over the years, but our recent was the most difficult I've ever been through. Sarah made the impossible happen though! We put an offer on a home we fell in love with, with the contingency we got ours under contract in 3 weeks, and ours wasn't even on the market yet. Sarah got us a showing ASAP for the home we wanted, and an offer in within a few hours so we wouldnt lose the home. She even had some ideas to help get our offer accepted that I thought were brilliant. Once our offer was accepted, she worked hard to get our house sold, even through some crazy roadblocks and very wishy-washy offers. Once under contract, we ran into just about every road block possible with our buyer...but Sarah worked a miracle and got everything closed. From her connections to others in real estate, to making phone calls and following up on things to make sure OTHER PEOPLE were doing their jobs...she is the best. Sarah truly does care about her clients, which definitely shows in how hard she works for them. We highly, highly recommend Sarah and Cor Residential
