We really liked this place and wanted to continue coming, but when I came back to check in for another weekend, they said we were on the “do not rent” list. It’s late at night no one called to let us know. When we inquired about why we were on the do not rent list, they said there were cigarette butts in our toilet. My boyfriend and I don’t smoke. I lost $200 deposit and I was stuck looking for a hotel late at night. I tried to call the GM and left a msg for her (heather) to call me back, I’m still waiting. What does that tell you?

I express my gratitude towards the managers of Home Town Studios Malinda and Meagan they are your go to people they are very wonderful, kind and friendly people. I stayed there for about 10 to 11 months I paid my rent ahead and alway on time. I also did extra things for them with out them asking because I cared and because they couldn't keep a trash collector I would help make sure the trash was picked up and in the bin for the next pick up day. They are the ones who made my stay there comfortable. I have nothing bad to say about those 2 wonderful people. Thanks again.

The team there at Hometowne Studios did a lot of good for me. I stayed there for the duration of my time in the Salt Lake area for work, which totaled out to be about 3 months. The rates are very good, the kindness from the staff was top notch. Probably the best rates you could for longer term stay if you were here for work. They were accommodating to my work schedule to be able to pay weekly. Remember treat the rooms like you would your own home, that way you get the respect from the team working there which in my case it favored out. If I'm ever here again for work in the future I know where to go for my stay.

I had a great experience here traveling as a solo woman. Owner/manager and front desk staff were extremely personable and professional. The walls are a bit thin, so if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs!

Great service! Awesome employees. I have absolutely zero complaints about my stay here. Have been here for a Lil over a month and they have fixed the hot water and a few other things.... no it's not the holiday inn but It's well worth the price i paid and would highly recommend

I checked in a few days ago. Check in process was very fast and friendly. The room I have is on the first floor, very clean and lots of space. The bed is VERY comfortable, not like most hotel beds that are hard and uncomfortable. I haven't had any problems with cleanliness or noise. The general manager is very nice and professional. I live out of state and anytime I come to Utah I would definitely come back.

Great value for the money. The staff was wonderful and kind. Friendly advice, remember to be kind to the staff and those working anywhere. 95% of the time, if you smile, so will they. This is what I ran into at this establishment. I found out that they were short staffed and they were doing the absolute best...and they were doing it well. Kindness goes both ways😊💖.
I'd like to give a big shoot out to Anthony and all of their staff.... "Thank you" for staying positive and caring!

I just want to say thank you to Sam in the office and the rest of the staff for being so accommodating and understanding to my situation while staying at this property I stayed here several months ago and I can honestly say I see the difference & the change

Need coffee makers in the room. Staff is 100% the best. If you are local they will not rent a room under certain circumstances. 24 hour security and close to many stores and restaurants.

Pete the maintenance personnel was very helpful to me. I am grateful for the service that this establishment provides.

Suite/studio at a affordable price. Enjoy my stay every single time I’m in town. Excellent service provided by Delia . Give that clerk a raise , clerk is very nice caring and helpful. She got me checked in and into my room in less then 5 mins. Cleaned office and welcomed me with a smile. Give her a 5/5. Most diff stay at this hotel and hope Delia is the one welcoming you with a smile and excellent service and experience.

We booked this place before looking at reviews. Seeing the rest of the reviews here, we were worried as to what we were walking into. We considered cancelling & decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised! The staff was courteous & helpful. The room was clean & exactly what we needed for the night. Great value with a very low price.

Very elegant looking facilities. Very come quiet and peaceful. The perfect place to connect adultery or hideout from it the usual people you see on the daily and if you're homeless like me it's almost like staying in a palace compared to the Slums in used used to.

I worked with Gail on a side project and she is nothing short of amazing! Her energy and enthusiasm are infectious, and the way she treats her staff is the way it's supposed to be. She's doing her very best to take this property to the next level! Lots to do around here too!

The people that run the place are incredible! My stay has always been relaxing. I will continue to stay at hometown studios each and every time my business calls for a trip to the Salt Lake Area.

The rates are affordable and the Rooms are Clean and Well kept and the management and employees are the best , amazing Customer Service . Did I mention they have kitchenettes and a Large Shopping Centers and Restaurants.

The new management & staff are wonderful! Highly recommend! Its in a perfect location, they have full size fridges and stove tops!

God this is so nice with all the people staying here I love it! They have just been amazing considering the fact that they knew what ive been through and just has been amazing! I'm so greatful

The reason for the 5 star was because of the young man working the night I check-in. Let's just say he help me out in so many ways just by his single kind gesture

Perfect for Transition...also very large rooms...Gayle and her staff are great esp Dominic...we love it...the new maintenance was very quick and friendly...
