This is my first time installing and replacing carpets and I'm so glad I found A&R Flooring. I compared three companies before I decided to go with A&R Flooring. Claudiu Golas was my representative and he came to my house on time and was very professional, explained the process well, and helped us choose the right carpet and color based on our preference. He also sent us the estimate with line by line invoice breakdown and suggested items we could remove if we want to save some money. We also worked with Cindy from the store and she sent us carpet samples very quickly and also was very professional and fast with communication. What I also loved about this process was that they didn't push us to make a decision and try to sell the service quickly. They really spent the time to help us make the best decision.

We had one guy coming to do the carpets for 3 rooms and it was done within a day and the installation was in very good quality. The guy even stayed for another half an hour to help us fixed a closet door to ensure it's not rubbing against the new carpet. We later also requested to get two of the bedroom doors trimmed due to the thickness of the carpets and A&R Flooring sent someone to do the work immediately the next day. We've had a great experience interacting with everyone from A&R Flooring. The entire process was very professional, great customer service, and their pricing was also very competitive.

So I don't think I've ever been happier with a floor service in my life. After a devastating fire last summer and burst pipes during Christmas, we were walking on concrete for six months. I finally have THE floor, not a floor. The techs were professional and worked so hard! They took great care of my appliances and my house overall in the two days it took to lay the floor. I chose a vinyl "wood look" since I have animals. This choice makes it an easy clean-up and overall low-maintenance investment. The texture is smooth and luxurious. I highly recommend this company and its service. I have used LL Flooring's (LVP) in the past for my restaurant, and wish I had gone with this floor through this company. We will be ordering again. THANK YOU for giving us that comfort back in our life. My husband and pets absolutely love IT!

A&R replaced our floors and carpeting. The sales person was very professional. The store people were extremely helpful in assisting us with our selection. Their installers for both floors and carpeting were true pros. They also had a top notch guy painting the trim after the floor were installed. Needless to say, I am very happy with them. The pics speak for themselves.

Travis ensured we got the flooring we liked and was very prompt! The communication with us throughout the project was excellent. The installation crew did an outstanding job. Very efficient, trustworthy, attention to detail, and most of all very clean. When they had to use a circular saw in our house to cut the old floor, one of the other guys followed behind with a shop-vac to reduce the dust. They also did their best to protect our furniture by covering with plastic. Very hard working crew. I highly recommend this company. Kudos to all.

A&R Flooring was fantastic to work with. From the first estimate/measurement appointment all the way through the installation was seamless. All parties involved were very helpful and knowledgeable !! The installation crew was fabulous as well. The job was close to 1900 sq ft and they were completely done in 2 days and the floors look beautiful. A luxurious bath, that was superbly done. Mike did the most wonderful design that met my vision perfectly. His craftsmanship and attention to details show his keen skill. Claudiu is a focused PM committed to doing the job right. From the first call to A&R until the last quarter round installed, they are one of the easiest contractors to work with. A&R ensured everything underneath the beautiful tile (perma base and water proofing) was completed to standards, walked us through each step and answered all questions. A&R flooring just replaced all of our hardwood floors. They were wonderful to work with and we are beyond in love with our floors. They are the most beautiful I have ever soon! I highly recommend this company.

A&R is fast, quality, and you will not find better prices - believe me, I tried! Their team - Claudiu, Lynette, and crew - are so communicative and helpful throughout. They will be my first stop for all future flooring projects.

Finally a contractor who did a great job all the way through the project. They were attentive and professional, always kept us informed. The technician was knowledgeable and polite and did a fantastic job! Everything went as good as possible, so thankful.

My experience with A&R flooring was pretty good. We had someone scheduled to come out to measure our home and the lady on the phone was very helpful. The day the measurement was to take place, the guy who came out was also really nice and personable; we had great conversation. I was very optimistic about working with this company however I didn’t receive my quote until I left a 3star review. I called twice after waiting the “it’ll be in your inbox tomorrow” and the receptionist said both times the guy was on a measurement call and they’d get me my quote by EOD. The owner eventually called after seeing my review, offered apologies and a discount and we ended up going with them for the project. The turn around time was quick and the install looks great! After the bumps at the beginning, still happy we had AR Flooring do the job.

A&R Flooring replaced LVP and carpet flooring throughout and on the stairs in our new home. The job consisted of demolition of previous flooring, replacement with engineered hardwood and quarter round, and building/staining stairs, landing and tread as well as repainting the trim.

Their staff was very helpful throughout the process from picking out and confirming the engineered hardwood product we desired to completion and review of the job.

The flooring installers performed top-notch work. Cindy and Travis were so professional and went above and beyond. Would recommend this company to anyone! THANK YOU, A&R.

After much comparing, I selected A & R flooring to do my hardwood & carpet in my recently purchased home. What a great decision! Amy and the entire crew were great! Amy helped us make the right decision on products and was professional in every way. The service was exceptional and the price very competitive.
The installation was thorough and efficient. It is the best experience we have enjoyed some time as they did what they promised and communicated with us every step of the way.

We have used A& R flooring for 3 separate projects now. First they removed my kitchen tile and replaced it with new tile. Next we had them do a huge tile shower and tile floor in our master bathroom, and most recent they installed wood flooring throughout an entire ranch home we own. We will never use another company for flooring. They always send the most professional and helpful people to quote our jobs and then they send the same quality workers for installation day. No detail is overlooked and the workmanship cannot be beat. We price shopped the first job and no one came close to their pricing. They also so have a fabulous show room and help designers if you need them. We would recommend A&R Flooring to everyone for any flooring job. In fact, we have already recommended them to family members who are equally as happy with them.

A&R Flooring installed all the floors in our home after a flood caused by our ice maker line destroyed our old floors. Adam from A&R floors showed up and discussed all our options and spent a lot of time teaching us about the new floors and products that were available. He was quickly able to match carpet from a small sample we had found earlier. Everyone from the company including the installers were very professional and respectful to us and to our home. Also their pricing was extremely reasonable. They were quick to have our new floors installed and made it possible to move back in to our home quickly. Our floors look wonderful, the workmanship was fantastic, the quality of the materials were excellent and their entire team were very pleasant to work with through the whole process. I needed the old carpet ripped out of three rooms downstairs and replaced with hardwoods stained to match the rest of the first floor. A&R not only came in with the best price, but they're a pleasure to deal with, completed the work quickly and efficiently, and the results look absolutely amazing. I should've pulled the trigger on this home improvement project much sooner. A&R made everything so easy, and their prices can't be beat. I'll definitely be using them to replace all the carpet on my second floor soon!

We were in the middle of a home renovation and our house flooded, so we’ve worked with four different tile companies during the course of the last six months. A&R Flooring worked on tiling two bathrooms and my fireplace. These guys were so much better than the others. They took the time and care to plan out each surface of the bathroom to ensure the tile patterns would be perfect. The craftsmanship was impeccable and they offered their expertise and opinion throughout the job to ensure I would be happy with the end result. They treated my home with care and went above and beyond on many occasions to get what we needed. These are the only people I will call for any future flooring or tiling needs. We are incredibly happy customers!

I can not say enough great things about A & R Flooring. We needed carpet ASAP and they had someone at my house the same day I called to measure and had it installed the next day! No joke. We also used them again for a not as fast project, and the process was extremely easy, again. We dealt with Lynette Fischer corresponding on email a bunch who is great. Cindy teilen was super nice and Amy Mitchell went above and beyond to help us. Amy is always in constant contact making sure everything goes smoothly. I will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to everyone.
