I recently sold my home of 23 years. I was referred to Robert Burch by a dear friend and I am so thankful I went with him. From the first meeting, I was impressed with his genuine care and concern. He had expert recommendations, which I put my trust in him, and it was well worth it. I was building at the same time, so my timing was intense. He recommended holding off listing my house until the last minute, because he told me it was going to sell fast. This made me a little nervous, because it was over the holidays and the interest rates were increasing. However, I did as he said. We listed the week before Thanksgiving. I didn't get a call. I had started worrying. Robert called me and told me not to be anxious, that after Thanksgiving I would start getting calls. The following Saturday, I had my first call and showing. They made an offer on Sunday. I accepted and we closed on the 11th of December and I moved on the 13th. Robert stayed with me constantly, offering me emotional support and advise. He knew exactly what he was doing when he told me that my house would sell fast, and I was skeptical. He walked with me preparing my home for show. I couldn't be more grateful for his help, support and expertise throughout my whole experience. I couldn't recommend anyone better.
