Talk about recovery!!! This company has customer value and satisfaction down to a science. This is my second year with Zone Solutions and I have been very impressed with the service and the pricing. I recently had a capacitor go out on my unit over the holiday weekend. I was pressed for air and went with a local company that came out and got the “job” done. I was debating canceling my service with Zone Solutions until I received a call from one of the best business men I’ve ever met, Jason. The first words Jason says to me over the phone is “I don’t want to loose you as a customer.” He was sincere and I was taken back because no one has ever said that to me the four years I’ve been in Georgia.
He asked me if the capacitor the other company placed matched my system and explained since it didn’t, if that part goes out in the future it will not be covered under my warranty. Jason came out and changed the part with a warranty part. His customer service and caring attitude won me over and kept me as a customer. Jason knows his stuff and knows how to value customers. Truly customer driven! Must try!

I had an excellent experience with Zone Home Solutions installing a mini-split system in my basement. Jason took great care in coming up with new and better options for my installation compared to other bids I received for the same project. When it came to the installation, Chandler and Song were top notch. They showed up on time, were proficient in their work, and left the work site as they had found it. I purchased a new Heat Pump and Furnace from Zone Home Solutions and I am very happy with my experience with Zone and the new system is great. Kyle did a fantastic job coming to my house yesterday. I thought I had termites and turned out it was carpenter bees! He went ABOVE AND BEYOND and even killed the bee after it flew in (from my window) and diagnosed the issue in a few seconds just from seeing it. He also took the time to tell me to educate me on what they look for and why they chose the location they did. It was truly disturbing to see the effect the bees had on my home and I'm just so thankful for Kyle's knowledge and for how quickly Zone was able to send someone out! I’ve used Zone for so long I can’t remember. A great local company you can trust to do right every time. We have Zone for termite bond, pest control and now HVAC. I don’t know how they hire so well, but all of their staff is as professional and honest as can be. It’s like stepping back into a forgotten era. Just good people. I can’t recommend Zone strongly enough.

There are few 5 star moments when you learn that your conditioning unit needs to be replaced, but the Zone team, notably Chandler and Song, were thorough and did a great job with our installation. Highly recommended!

After receiving quotes from 2 well known companies, I selected Zone Home as their pricing was lower than the other 2 companies for the same system and I felt extremely comfortable with Jason who met with me initially and who provided me with the proposal- additionally, they are a Trust Dale company which is an excellent endorsement!
Overall, the 2 techs who installed my new furnace did a great job and were very helpful; They were knowledgeable and they went above and beyond to ensure I understood how to use my new smart ecobee thermostats!

Zone Home Solutions has recently installed new HVAC system for us. Out of several companies I’ve called for a quote on, ZHS was not the cheapest or the highest, but after talking with sales rep Jason DeSantis, I felt more reassurance about his company. They seem to provide better value back by longer labor warranty than the others without the extra “upgraded”. Chandler and Song were the techs that came to our house the installation. Though they were late starting due to team meeting that morning, they stuck with the job working until late evening to complete the job in one day. Jason also came by to help and provided some support. Everyone has been very professional so far and they’ve done great job with the new HVAC install. I’d recommend them for your HVAC needs and strongly advise to consider the options with variable speed for higher efficiency instead of single stage if you’re buying new HVAC house you’re planning to live there for a while.

ZoneHome was able to come out on short notice to provide a quote to replace our AC unit, furnace, etc. Jason has been exceptionally helpful through the process, explaining the available product lines and their benefits - great quality and competitive pricing. Chandler and team were able to install the AC two days later to ensure we had cooling in the middle of summer, and came back to finish up insulation, and the zoning. The team was courteous and respectful the entire time. Jason has been very responsive and timely to ensure everything was to our liking. Would highly recommend.

Zone Home has been great! I highly recommend them. I purchased an AC unit from them a couple of years ago. The price was good and the installation went great. I also use them for my winter and spring maintenance. Recently I found a leak in my ceiling. They came out and helped me determine where the leak was coming from and offered a solution at a very reasonable price. I never feel like they are trying to take advantage or sell me something I don't need. It's a relief to be able to count on them and trust their feedback.

Awesome company I had them come out 2 years ago and check my air conditioner and because of the professionalism of their technicians, I had trouble this year with my AC and I immediately called them and set up an appointment. The technician came out checked both my air conditioners to make sure they were running properly and my main floor air conditioner unit was not. That was on a Tuesday and by Friday my unit was installed and working properly. Today a technician came out to make sure everything was set up the way it's supposed to be and everything checked out fine. I'm glad somebody is responsible enough in their company to send out a technician to make sure that their work was up to the company's expectations. Thank you guys for all that you did you're a great company and I will certainly recommend you to others.
