Firehouse Subs Sunshine Street

Love firehouse subs for a quick bite when traveling but still looking for quality food! I don’t know how they make it taste so good but I love that it’s all warm and it just “toasted” like subway and other places. Also love all the sauce options. You can get your favorite sandwich and dress it differently every time! This restaurant is clean, service is good and location is right off the highway.

I am gluten and dairy intolerant and Firehouse is the BEST for me!!! They go out of their way to accommodate folks like me and I never feel left out.

First let me say, the lower stars for service is just a personal thing. As an older disabled person I prefer table service over counter service. The atmosphere was nice, lots of firefighter decor. All in all, a great place we will return to

I must admit I first stopped by subway because it was the first sub place by the highway. I walked out after a poor experience and went here. The staff was very polite, friendly, the place was clean and my food was great! Firehouse subs you have won my business- thank you!

They make a mean sub, but they insist on love. You can tehl by the taste of their food attitude wasn't so great and the atmosphere was awkward but that wasn't any I'd their fault, everyone has off days. God bless the people who can work

Best firehouse in Springfield by far, Melissa is a phenomenal manager. I’ve ate these sandwiches for years and this is the most consistent store I’ve been to. 10/10 would recommend

My family and I have eaten here multiple times with all but one being amazing. The one time my order was incorrect I was contacted by the GM and it was fixed very promptly. We all make mistakes but it’s how you respond that counts. My family loves coming to firehouse and we will continue to do so with the excellent service that is presented to us by Firehouse Subs.

I love the flavor, and the bread is real soft.

If you've never had a Firehouse sub you don't know what your missing. My personal fav is the Smokehouse Brisket and Cheddar. Definitely a must try.

Came here in September they messed up my order, I called and let them know, they said they would replace my entire order.. fast forward a few weeks I stop by and they didn’t question me one bit, apologized again. We offered to pay for the chips and drinks but they refused payment :) the staff here are so kind and understanding. Customer service is top notch. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've ate from these guys 3 different times, absolutely the best, love there sandwichs, so much better than subway, definitely plan on going back more often

Love the turkey bacon ranch sub

Great sandwiches made with quality cold cuts and served the exact way you ordered them. Enjoyed the soda machine that offered more than the standard variety flavors. The table service is added plus giving you time to settle into your table while the staff brings your order directly to your table.

The new Pepperoni Meatball Sub is out of this world. Very nice people, great service, hot fresh tasty food.

This place served the best sub I've ever eaten. I ordered one of their turkey subs and I literally haven't been able to get enough of them since. Although they are a little more expensive than I'd like to pay, they're still super cheap for the great quality you get. The people there seemed pretty happy with their jobs (or they're really good at pretending lol)
