Nicole and Zack were so kind and seriously we’re some of the nicest people i’ve ever had help me at any retail store. They did such an amazing job and are the reason I believe Vans is a great Company. They help everyone I am fast, efficient and so kind matter. Vans employees are normally all pretty great. But Zach went above and beyond to help us with all our needs. Highly impressed with his skate knowledge. I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had inside a retail store, today at VANS. They were packed for a Sunday. Every employee was tirelessly running from the front to the back to get customers the shoes they were looking for. Even though they were swamped, an employee still took the time to come and make me feel welcome while I was shopping the tee’s. Then the same employee (I didn’t catch her name, she’s the one with pink hair!) took the time to help me find shoes that would fit (size 14) and even laced the shoes up for me before I put them on! This is top notch service! It was refreshing to be treated like a human being rather than just another customer. This store has my business for life!

Zack was so much help! He called other stores to see if they had the shoes we were looking for in stock. He was so knowledgeable about everything vans. Definitely best customer service I’ve received!

Never been to a vans store before but was impressed with the helpfulness of the employees. Shop was very nice and was well stocked. I got my first pair of vans here and they are very sturdy and will last me a long time.

Went into this shop to get a board from Zack/Wally and his knowledge on the presses and the shapes and different makes of wood was so impressive. The whole team kills it it was such a good vibe!
