Tamm Avenue Bar

It's a good local bar, towny feel yet has a younger appeal. Girlfriend and I come with our dog and love the giant Connect-4. No food, but you can carry-in pizza and wings from Felix Pizza Pub or order from Nomad next door.

Nomad serves excellent food. Tamm has a lovely dog friendly patio, partially covered. It also has some arcade games.

Have been here for trivia and meat bingo! Love that they are dog friendly and have always had a good time here! I don't drink, so I can't comment on how the drinks are. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating has a fire pit. No dedicated parking, so you'll have to park on the street.

This is a very nice small out-of-the-way location. I consider it one of the hidden secrets for dogwood. Easy to sit back and enjoy a nice drink listen to a little bit of live music. place your order kickback at a table and enjoy some wonderful fresh cooked food burgers are completely amazing. And then when you're done with dinner walk across the street to sugarie bakery.

I've been here a handful of times over the past decade, it's a great bar (usually shares a space with a restaurant*). Bartenders are always friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms are clean. If you are a dog lover, the outside patio is awesome for meeting new furry friends. The location is pretty dang convenient, but that means high traffic. If you gotta park a few blocks away, it's well worth it. It's a poplar area! You can walk down the street and make a new friend easily.

What starts out as a nicely designed small bar turns into a massive outdoor partially covered patio with a separate game room plus a wide selection of good, cheap beer! To top it off, you can order incredibly delicious food from Nomad's next door! Definitely a place to check out if you've never been.

I'm addicted to the Brussels sprouts! Great BBQ and gastro pub style burgers. Huge selection of beverages and indoor and outdoor seating with a covered patio. There is even a little arcade if you need it... It's also very pet friendly with water bowls etc.

Incredible burgers! Sourced locally and staff is amazing and very helpful. Definitely give this place a look! The bar is separate from the kitchen. Kitchen staff is top notch for this out of town dude.

Great local spot with a broad beer selection and a decent whiskey shelf. The burgers here are phenomenal and worth a visit for those alone. Get the cracklin's and deviled eggs if they have them, they sell out fast!

You will never find a better pastrami sandwich other than Tamm. Food is delicious. Comes out quick and great customer service.

Manny is the BEST bar manager/bartender. She is attentive, kind, and such a good vibe to be around. This bar can be anything — a drink after work, a party, or even a place to meet new people. I couldn’t ask for a better place to relax and have a good time.

10/10. Tamm Ave has the best vibes and amazing prices. Great place to go if you want to have a chill drink after work or if you want to have a wild night. Bartenders are amazing and attentive. Manny is exceptional!

Great local bar for the neighborhood. The patio is always packed in a good way, never a dull time. The renovation out there was done really well. Love to grab a beer and a sandwich from nomad. Very dog friendly.

St. Louis is lucky to have high quality food options like this in a setting perfect for relaxing and having a good time. Even the sandwich bread tastes next level.

A nice bar to stop at when in Dogtown. Love the outside area out back, great to get a burger and relax with a cold beer.

While it may seem imposing to go in there, it’s simply because so many people love being in there! Lots to pick from in the menu in terms of burgers fries and pork dishes. Two bars inside, making getting drinks less of a hassle. The staff learns your name and remembers it for the whole night, which is a shocking experience at first (haha) and becomes very awesome and friendly overall.

The burger I had was phenomenal and the perfect size (had the LOUIE which was a burger with provel cheese and onions and stuff.). The buns are sizzled with pork lard :). My fries were “#RipFries” which was a regular fry but coated in Red Hot Rippet spices. Incredible.

Overall, I will be returning many times to try all the different burgers and bringing different friends!

Exceptional service and a lot of beautiful women to keep ne occupied! Best of all Dogs are allowed!
