First time buying a Volvo and they made the buying experience so great! Very straight forward and easy to deal with! Will definitely buy my next Volvo here and nowhere else! I’ll mention I drove 5-1/2 hours just to buy from them!

Great car buying experience. Bill and Billy Thomas were top notch in helping me find the right SUV. We were up against a deadline at work and Billy even dropped the car off at our office so we could get back to doing what our company does best.

Luis is an excellent service writer and Jim is an excellent service manager. They both that makes sure all my issues are completed correctly and kept me updated on the progress of vehicle. Both are the best!

Overall a very good experience. This was my third Volvo purchased from Bergeron and always find sales staff to be low pressure, knowledgeable and professional. Bill was very helpful and was able to get a rebate for me after the sale. Lane followed up after the sale and promptly returned calls for any questions. The service department is top notch and I have always been pleased with the quality of the vehicles.

I purchased a Volvo XC40 and it was my first Volvo purchase but I can tell you it won’t be my last. The General Manager, Bill, salesman, Billy, and the finance manager all gave A 1 Service from the moment I walked into the building. I recently purchased a used 2018 Audi from Bergeron. I had been searching for months for the right car for me. I had visited the lot (and others) some time ago but didn't find what I wanted. Mr. Noah worked with me by getting a description of the features, color, and year of car I'd been searching for. I had not yet settled on a Make or Model. He then proceeded to notify me and send details (pictures or video), every time he'd found something close. Finally the perfect car was traded in and he called me right away. After only a couple of days of working through test drives, pricing, and any other concerns I had, I finally purchased the car I had been waiting for. I've purchased several cars in the past and totally dreaded the process most times. This is the first time I am completely satisfied with my purchase, my price, and the service I received and thus, I have no buyer's remorse. Thanks Mr. Michael Noah!!

This is always going to be my first stop when it comes time to look for a vehicle. I bought my second CPO Volvo from Mike a couple of days ago and it was a great experience. My experience with Bergeron was great! My salesman Mario was a great salesman, he helped me find the perfect truck to fit my daily needs and made sure I got a good deal with my trades. Alexis was also very great to deal with in the Finace department. He was very helpful in explaining my Finace option and didn’t take most of my day like other dealers sometimes do. Ms Trish call me the next day to make sure I was happy with my purchase which I never got from a dealer and that was very pleasing. These people are great to work with and this want be my last purchase from Bergeron. Keep up the good work!!!!

Ryan Meyer was fantastic ! He was my salesman when I purchased my brand new Volvo S 60 4 door sedan. Very knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy. He even helped me with some technology I didn't understand a week after the sale. I'm very pleased.

Wow!!!, I had such a promising experience at Bergeron Volvo in Metairie, Louisiana. Salesman Mario was very friendly, patient, caring and motivated in helping me in choosing my new car. In the service department representative Westley always greeted me with a smile, he went above and beyond to help me in taking care of my car service needs. In management Mr. Bill Thomas always returned my calls from my messages. Mr. Bill Thomas was always a good listener and he always helped me in every way possible to solve a situation I encountered.
