One of THE BEST authentic Sicilian Style restaurants in St. Louis. Fabulous cannelloni and seafood dishes. Love their food here, this time I had the Chicken Spiedini & The Buffalo Mozzarella salad! Calamari was good. Food Awesome as always! I always recommend this place to travelers in StL. My server William was great.

Me and my girlfriend visited from Illinois for a concert, and were looking for a romantic dinner destination nearby. We had been to The Hill once or twice at other locations for dinner, but never here. Needless to say, we will be back again! We had a delicious meal, and the staff was so friendly! We even got to meet Tony himself, who came out to our table to say hello and make sure our food was as good as he intended it to be (it so was!). Lovely experience, and looking forward to our next time.

What a pleasant experience. I had my pasta primavera in a cream sauce vs the vegetable broth it comes in. It was delicious. For appetizers we had the toasted raviolis and the bruschetta and those were also really good. The house salad is also good for it being a side salad.

Best Boulognese sauce I've eaten in 30 years outside my own home.

Caesar dressing was fresh, correct, and delicious.

Ravioli was tasty indeed!

Very professional waite staff as well;
Outside dining was pleasant.

It's hard to find excellent Italian and this is.

This is my family's go to restaurant in The Hill when in St. Louis. Being part Italian (from the NYC metro area) I seek out delicious Italian cuisine, and Gian-Tony's is top notch. The food and service is consistently very good. We started our meal with the Ravioli Tostati, aka Toasted Ravioli. They have to be the best Toasted Ravioli we have ever eaten. Crunchy, but not too crunchy, on the outside, and then on the inside is a meaty filling covered by a soft yet slightly al dente ravioli. We dipped it into a meaty tomato dipping sauce. Then we ordered the Mozzarella Bufala Salad. The tomatoes were firm and meaty, and tasted sweet, and topped with a slice of creamy yet slightly salty Buffalo Mozzarella cheese. Then all of it was topped with a Vinaigrette dressing that was flavorful especially with the fresh basil. My wife enjoyed her Ravioli Bolognese, and my son devoured his Pasta Con Polpette meal. He couldn't stop raving about the meatballs and how delicious they were. I ordered the Risotto Con Pesce, and enjoyed it as well. The shrimp, clams, tomatoes and mushrooms were cooked perfectly, and the saffron infused risotto was creamy and flavorful from the white wine and seafood broth. For dessert my wife enjoyed the Volcano. She raved about the warm brownie being the best one she has ever eaten. It wasn't too dense or rich just the perfect balance of each. My son and I ordered the Cannolis. The crispy shell was a perfect golden brown color. The filling was okay, but not what I was expecting. It was far too sweet and had too thin of a consistency. The Espresso was a perfect ending to the meal. Just the right amount of bitterness to counteract the sweet filling. The hostesses and servers were very friendly, helpful and attentive.

Sunday dinner while we were in town visiting our daughter. Super flexible about changing our reservation and even called to confirm online changes.
William our waiter was great. Food was amazing. All the employees were super friendly.

Wife and I went there for a dinner with 10 friends. We had a nice table in the back. The staff was excellent and made you feel welcomed. The appetizers were great, I had the wedding soup and crab cakes, delicious. Our friends got just about every other appetizer and we all tried each other's appetizers. Not a bad one on the menu. For entrée I had seafood ravioli, amazing. My wife had chicken spiedini and it was delicious. For dessert I had chocolate creme brulee (I'm sure I spelled it wrong but you know what I mean), it was creamy chocolate heaven. Chef Tony came out and checked on us and was very nice. Give it a try, nice comfortable environment with great food. A good representation of The Hill experience.

Made reservations for dinner before the Garden Glow. Rosario was great and made our reservation to help accommodate our Glow time.
The restaurant was very nice and cozy and James our server was outstanding. Food was great! Definitely will make it one of our go to places to enjoy dinner on “The Hill.”

The restuarant is very nice inside. Outside sitting was perfectly placed for comfort. The waiter and waitresses were quick on filling up glasses, serving our food. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable on every piece of the menu. I'm from Oklahoma but would come here often if I was closer. I enjoyed the food and service very much.

One of my favorites on The Hill. Still has that old fashion Italian restaurant feel and the food is always delicious.

One of the few places you can usually grab a seat without a reservation on a weekend night. Not sure why, because it’s one of the best options.

Parking is usually close and service has always been good.

On th famous "Hill" in St Louis. Great neighborhood Italian restaurant. Plenty of seating, large menu, no pizza. We didn't miss the pies. Best Calamari Fritti I've had in a while. Fried artichokes, fried ravioli and that's just the starters we enjoyed. Well worth the drive and they're one of the few open on Sunday.

One of the best Italian places I have ever had! The special is pictured and was an angel hair pasta with crab and shrimp in a diablo sauce that was insane! Servers could not have been nicer and the whole place was taking CoVid precautions. Listen to their recommendations! Loved this place.

Absolutely incredible Italian joint on The Hill. Wait staff was incredibly attentive, friendly and knew the menu completely. The food was delicious and made from completely fresh ingredients. The specials are well thought out and unique. Great ambiance with Sinatra and Rat Pack music in the background. Definitely will return.

Excellent restaurant. Good ambiance. Friendly service. Wide selection of very tasty Italian classics. The mussels in garlic wine sauce and the tiramisu were particularly memorable. A bit pricey but worth it.
