I had a great experience working with this law office. Serena was a pleasure to work with. Her responses were always fast. She took the time to explain everything so I could understand my options. My boyfriend and I recently purchased a car from a dealership in Ozark, which unfortunately led to a lot of stress, tears, and wasted money. Although Ransin Law did not take my case because, fortunately, I was not tragically injured when a 16-year old boy made a left turn in front of me on Republic Road, David Ransin talked with me for over a half hour to explain his services and why they have to on the more complex and tragic cases. I contacted Ransin injury Law after I was involved in an auto accident. They were highly recommended from a family member. CJ represented my case. I hired Ransin Injury Law after a traumatic head-on-collision accident wherein the other driver was negligent and distracted. I was hospitalized for a month, required several surgeries and in a wheelchair for 14 weeks thereafter. David, Serena and the rest of the staff were very prompt, professional and took care of everything so that I could recover.

David and his associates did everything possible under law and obtained the maximum possible settlement, however the amounts involved were mostly deployed to settlements with healthcare providers. Ransin Injury Law worked with the health insurance and providers, including putting in his own fees in order to get me more money in settlement.

Ransin also suggested a secondary filing with the state for a tort victim claim. I was told this would take some time and not to expect much. Over the course of a couple years I would get a call or message from Serena letting me know where the case stood. I was again called recently and Ransin Injury Law had won me an award of a sizable amount.

I'll start this review with the first time I called Ransin. It was a Sunday and I had planned to leave a message so that I would hopefully be one of the first calls the next day. Little did I know, David answered my call. He asked questions, listened to what I had to say, didn't interrupt, and scheduled me for a consult in the office. David, CJ and Serena were in the consultation. Right from the start, I could tell these were more than just attorneys. These are people who genuinely care about other people, and see them as more than clients, and are passionate about what they do.
