Absolutely fantastic customer service here. I cannot say enough great things about everyone at this store!

The earpiece speaker and charging port on my IPhone 11 Pro Max began failing recently. I contacted Apple Support and they recommended that I take it to an authorized Apple repair center. They set up an appointment for me at the Simply Mac location in Springfield for the following morning. I was greeted upon entering the store by multiple employees. They were all helping other customers and assured me they would be right with me. Within a few minutes, one of them was over and talking to me about the issues with my phone. They ran a host of tests to make sure they correctly diagnosed the issues with my phone. Within a few minutes, they had the problems figured out and offered me two options; repairing the earpiece speaker assembly and charging port, or replacing the phone altogether which given the two issues, was recommended. I carry Apple Care+ on all of my devices so I chose to have them replace the phone with a new phone. They told me that it typically takes about 5 business days for the new phone to arrive from Apple and I was allowed to keep my phone until the new device arrived since I am a small business owner. THE NEXT DAY, they called to inform me that the new phone had already arrived. I went back to the store and within 30 minutes I had my brand new iPhone set up with all my stuff transferred over from my old device and I was on my way! I highly, highly recommend them! I will absolutely be bringing any future business to them!!

The staff members that helped me were extremely friendly and helpful. They answered questions about my repair with no issue or hesitation, and were very knowledgeable. The full time and turn around for my service was quicker than I expected (with paid rush fee). I won’t hesitate to come back here for future needs. I have no complaints at all.

I scheduled an appointment to have my battery replaced on my iPhone. The process was simple and when I arrived, they were expecting me and ran diagnostics first and then 2 hours later I had a brand new Apple battery. My phone is working like new again and the Simply Mac techs were awesome. They explained how the process works. The process of having an iPhone battery replaced was easier that I thought, especially when you take it to the right people. Thank you Springfield Simply Mac, you guys are great.

The guys were very friendly and knew their stuff. We had a problem with my daughters iphone and took it in. They messed with it for about 5 min. and determined that it might be an update problem. We did the update and I asked how much do we owe you? They said no charge, they said it didn't take much time so no charge. I thought that was super cool and I appreciated it. They know their stuff and I will use them in the future for sure.

Outstanding service! Love the new location which is easy to get in & out quickly. It is quick and convenient. We had an issue with our Apple phone and they diagnosed it then packaged it up and sent it back to California for repairs. They provided a loaner phone during the time ours was being repaired. Great team with a extremely helpful attitude!

My iPhone was stolen a couple months ago and unfortunately was disabled. I tried to get it restored on my own but literally was impossible. Took it into SimplyMac and they had it back and running in 20 minutes. Not only that, they were extremely knowledgable on additional Mac related questions I had, even making suggestions on product that they didn't sell in their store to meet a need I had. Awesome experience and nice storefront!

I love Simply Mac! The techs are wonderfully friendly and accommodating. I am an elderly woman who knows little about technology. I am always treated as the smartest person in the room when I take my Mac in for service. Their prices are OK. They have given me a lot of advice at no charge when it is a "stupid question." I appreciate this very much. I would recommend this business very highly. AND, they do their best to "get you on your way." If they keep your machine, they get it fixed in a very timely manner.

After setting an appointment then spending that last 2 1/2 hours at Best Buy trying to get a phone looked at ( that we got from Best Buy)to see why it will not turn on. We were told they can do anything because there systems were down. On a whim I called to see if they might be able to help get or sons iPhone looked at to see if they can do anything. I was told they would try to work us in but work on appointments only. We came over to see if we can get worked in. After being in the store for less the 5 minutes there trying to help get the phone fixed. With no appointment and no knowledge of what is happening Christian jumped right in and is working on helping us get our son Christmas present working. I will never go to Best Buy again. We got this phone from them less then a week ago and it was like pulling teeth to get help from Best Buy. Even if they can’t get this phone fixed the overall service is so much better the geek squad. If you need a shop with friendly face and helpful people go here Christian and Andrew are very helpful.

I had a really crazy, probably unbelievable warranty issue with my phone. The sales manager (I think) was who took care of my problem. He was very thorough, and very helpful. He was able to take care of my issue and get me a new phone. He was patient and friendly. Thank you so much for taking care of me! You turned my day around! I am so pleased with the customer service I received from the person at this store and from Apple in general. This is a great store! I am a happy customer.

The Techs at the store in Battlefield were very friendly and helpful. It seems that they could use more sales staff but they handled the influx of customers with grace and professionalism. Josh and Henry both assisted me and I was very pleased! I had previously bought my Macs for the business in St Louis so it is nice to have a store in Springfield! I purchased and transferred files and the experience was a pleasant one.

Took a little while after my appointment time to get with me, but was definitely not ignored. Was approached by several very friendly staff members making sure I had been helped. The interaction I had here left me quite impressed, and would be absolutely happy to return for any other Apple needs. Of all the staff I met on Christmas Eve they were all wonderful, and was very happy with my visit.

Absolutely phenomenal service, went well out of way to help me with a manufacturers warranty. Each member was incredibly kind and patient and did everything they could to get me a replacement while I fumbled around phoneless.

I cannot rate this place high enough, Steve Jobs could of raised from the dead to help and it would pale in-comparison.

As a first time customer, Andrew was incredibly helpful when I came in with a Bluetooth issue on my iPhone. He fixed my problem and helped me pick out the perfect case because mine was needing an upgrade. Hoping I won't have to be back for any repairs but if I do, I know the employees there are friendly and always willing to help.

The Simply Mac chain has filed for bankruptcy and all locations are permanently closed.
I love these people at this location. They did amazing work, loved what they did, and treated the customers well.
I hope they all find good and better jobs soon.

The transfer of data to a new iPhone was extremely difficult. We had 45,000
Pictures & a massive amount to transfer. It took almost a week. Most people would have given up but Jamie stayed with it until completed. A fine company & Jamie is an excellent worker.

What a pleasant experience with Henry and Richard. They were ever so patient, professional, and they solved my iphone problem(s) expeditiously, with the utmost courtesy They made what was a terribly frustrating couple of problems go away - and my four-year old phone works perfectly now. I highly recommend Simply Mac. You Will be glad you visited!

Everyone was friendly. My tech was helpful and nonjudgemental when I asked questions that were probably quite elementary. And most importantly, nonjudgemental when my frugal side came out. They replaced the battery in my Macbook Air. I was able to receive same day service.

Everyone at SimplyMac in Springfield was absolutely outstanding. They communicated with me every step of the way, listened to all of my concerns, and truly went above and beyond to ensure I was back up and running as soon as possible. I’d especially like to mention the store manager on duty Kyle, who was extremely knowledgeable about the service I was receiving - and it seems everything else in the store. I work remote and my laptop is my workhorse, and I wouldn’t trust it with anyone else but the team at SimplyMac Springfield.

There were some issues with shipping but the crew at Simply Mac were extremely helpful and more than compensated for the delayed shipment of my iPad. Not only did they give me an upgrade but they threw in a complimentary case. Great job! Thank you! I appreciate the effort in making my experience a positive one!

My daughters new MacBook Pro was not working properly. We went to the "Specialists" on Battlefield and they were not only rude, but never took the time to properly diagnose the issue. After 3 trips there and weeks of wasted time during finals... Instead of doing a full diagnostics, they said a chip was not "seated" correctly and then tried to charge us over $100 for updates that are free with our AppleCare warranty. We took it to Simply Mac and it was sent back to Apple for extensive repair. It had a bad hard drive and other issues. We got it back quickly and didn't owe a dime. I will never do business with the "other store". I called Apple customer management at the home office and reported them and sent them the receipts and "update the computer quote" from the other store. Apple was awesome and so was Simply Mac. Don't go anywhere else unless you want to pay for free services and not get your laptop repaired.
