Extra Space Storage

I was very satisfied with the customer care that was given. They really do try to help you and they're not all out for themselves. The facility is very clean and they will work with you to accommodate your needs as best they can. I would definitely recommend running with this storage facility.

Ive been to most other storage unit companies. Truth be told...this one has the best price in town and as well as one of the friendliest employees I ever met. Dylin is awesome. Just...wow! I used this storage facility for almost 4 years. The staff was always friendly and the facility was always clean and well maintained. Never had a problem with my billing. I would definitely use this storage facility again if the need arose.

Just finished moving across the country. Was using extra space storage for awhile to help us pack and move, Kacie and Dylin were a lot of help in getting us set up and ready to move. Amazing customer service and great people!

The sales lady was very friendly and professional. She was also knowledgeable about the storage spaces. She answered all my questions and was very patient.

The ladies that helped me out were absolutely amazing. Not only were they patient in making sure that we understood everything that we were signing, the rules, and figuring out my insurance, but they both also took their time and answered all of our questions, and made sure we recieved the deal that they promised us. They had to change storage units after we left, but they quickly called us to let us know which one, why they changed it, and to verify that it was ok with us that they did. So, a humble thank you to both of them!!!

It's the staff for me. From the way they answer the phone to the way they handle themselves. You can just tell they're just some good hearted humans at this location and that matters more than anything. Much much much love to Tracy! She is absolutely phenomenal.
