Amazing MMA gym. I've been a member for over 6 months, and I cannot speak highly enough of the gym, its members, and its coach, Ray Norris. The gym itself has a very cool, gritty Fight Club feel to it and, if you so choose, you have the option to spar every day after class. The current members are good people, and there is an apparent level of respect and appreciation that is shared between both new and experienced members alike. Regarding Ray Norris, you really cannot hope for a better MMA coach. Highly knowledgeable and experienced in striking, BJJ, and wrestling, he has what you need to develop your skills. Beyond that, Ray is a great guy. Not only does he put a lot of heart into his work, he is direct, honest, and approachable. There is a reason this gym is rated so highly. I've never seen anything quite like it. If you live in the St. Louis area and have an interest in competing in the octagon (which a number of our members do regularly), or just want to learn how to confidently manage yourself in a physical altercation, this is the spot.

I absolutely love Wise Warriors! This is the best workout I have ever done and it's fun as well. The trainer, Ray, is patient and gives good direction. He cares about form and function, plus he can teach you everything! Want to learn kickboxing, MMA, jujitsu? Ray has that covered. Weight training, yoga? Yep got that covered. He is even a licensed massage therapist! For less than $100/mo you get one on one and small group personal training. Every workout is tailored to what you are interested in. You can work out for three hours if you want and the entire time Ray is there. If you want to get in shape, learn self defense, gain confidence, make new friends, and not break the bank then you need to visit Wise Warriors.

Wise Warriors has changed not only my physical state, but my mental as well. Ray Norris is the best coach I've ever come across. I've been a member for 3 months and some change now, and have lost 37 lbs. My endurance alone has come leaps and bounds. But beyond that, Ray focused on exactly what I wanted and needed as far as goals. By doing this it has made these goals much more achievable. My striking game has come a ways, and my ground work has had major improvement. Giving this gym a try is one thing, giving this TEAM a try is another. Come and experience this team, you will not regret it! You WILL succeed if you try, all you have to do is keep coming in! Ray Norris taught me that!

I just got done seeing Ray Norris for a 90 minute deep tissue massage. I can honestly say that this was the BEST massage I have ever had in my life. I own my own personal fitness training business and I do a lot of manual therapy on my own clients as I am licensed in physical therapy. I have extremely high expectations when it comes to trusting someone else to work on me. Ray has exceeded my expectations and I already look forward to scheduling my next massage with him. Thanks again Ray!

I love Kick 30! It’s so great that i make my own class time! Also having the 1 on 1 time with the trainer Ray is awesome! I’m able to work on my form and improve myself with him!!! And who can beat $59 a month for unlimited use of the classroom?!
If you’re looking for a flexible kickboxing class with 1 on 1 time with a trainer this is your gym!

The whole experience for me here has been first rate. The instruction and coaching have been excellent. I'm stronger and in better shape than I have been in years. The Kick 30 program is a great way to get started and then you can progress and grow in any direction you want. It's good for both men and women. And the first class is free.
Additionally, Ray Norris, the gyms owner, has years of experience in massage and rehabilitation, so if you get dinged or are just in rough shape to start with, he will help you work through it, and customize your work out to help with your recovery.
If you have even the slightest inclination give it a try.

Coach Ray is a great coach and if not better masseuse/sports injury applicator. I had lower back pain for months; pain meds, PT's, light duty, none of it worked. 1 visit with Coach Ray and I am rolling again (jujitsu) .

It is an awesome place! Ray is an excellent coach and he will explain everything behind a move, which is a great help to learn some real skills. I wish if I could start earlier!
