I have used storage at this location for 20 or more years. Even though that it has been bought by another company, we continue to use it due to how convenient it is to our home, the reasonable pricing and most of all Randolph who provides great customer service! He is knowledgeable, polite and has helped us find what we require as our needs change.

Office agent was super nice. Facility is clean and well lit. My storage space was nice and clean when I went to inspect it on Saturday. The google maps picture shows the storage area behind the main building which is a bit confusing but; still very easy to find.

Randolph is absolutely the best! He is very knowledgeable and always willing to help me if I need it. If I pass on an issue (spills/trash/missing carts) he addresses them immediately! Would highly recommend just because the staff here is so helpful.😊

Randy went out of his way to resolve it. He was patient and kind, and I appreciate it all very much. I have rented a space there for for some time now. I have always gotten very good customer service there, but I thought this time was noteworthy and wanted to let you know. Thank you for all that you do!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I’ve had good experiences other than not being able to access the 1st floor once when the key pad was malfunctioning. Also I wish I could access my unit after 10pm.

I had a great experience at the Valley Park iStorage. Austin was so nice and showed me different sizes of storage options so that I could get the best storage area for my needs. They storage areas are clean and nice, the building is brightly lit and very secure. Overall, I am very happy that I chose Valley Park iStorage.
