Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tupelo, an IHG Hotel

Great place to stay on our way back to Wichita.
The gentleman at the front desk was the best. The room was spotless.
Eat at the Neon Pig right across the street.

My husband and I stayed here for one night for our anniversary. Even though we live in the next town, sometimes you just need to get some alone time. Tupelo is a really great place to visit with lots to do and see. This hotel is centrally located in close proximity to restaurants, malls, and movie theaters. The hotel was impeccable from the attentive and friendly staff to the immaculately clean rooms. Overall great experience.

I was so impressed with the modern feel of this hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Glad to see pump bottles instead of small plastic bottles. Loved the large bench to hold our baggage. Wonderful large screen tv with very comfortable beds. Phone charging accessibility on the nightstand. Breakfast buffet food felt fresh and just made.

The staff at this hotel are cheerful and kind. The room is well cleaned and clean. The common space of the hotel is also beautiful. I'm glad that they are kind to Japanese people and provide detailed services. I'm satisfied with the service that reaches my heart. Thank you very much😊

I stayed at the same hotel in Atlanta this spring, but I didn't feel good about the hotel.

Even at the same hotel, I felt the difference between the hotels.

The first room the air wasn’t working, walked down let the lady know & she quickly got me another room. They room was nice & cooled down already. Super friendly staff! The breakfast was good. Had good amount of parking since I was pulling a trailer. Would stop here again.

We stayed here as an overnight stop on a family vacation. We had a long 9 hour plus day of travel and just needed some rest. The front desk worker was very pleasant and we got checked-in efficiently! The room was updated and very comfortable for a family of 3. I loved the bench for suitcases or for sitting to put on shoes. Beds and pillows were also incredibly comfy. It was a quiet, restful night of sleep. We had an issue with our toilet not flushing properly and although it took about 40 minutes for someone to come up, the gentleman who did was very friendly and professional. We all found enough to eat for breakfast— pancakes, cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, etc. and the workers restocking and cooking breakfast were also very friendly. This was a great choice for our stop and I’d definitely stay here again.

Clean hotel, breakfast served same as other Holiday Inns. Room were clean and fresh.

Would stay again. The beds were comfy, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast wasn't bad. The stove still wasn't working, so they had a bunch of Jimmy Dean sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits. For those watching carbs, I just removed the biscuit. They have a neat little pancake maker as well as other pastries and breakfast items (hot oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, etc.)

Great room, clean, and nice large walk-in shower. We are IHG members and do all we can to stay at one. We didn't have any reservations, but that was not a problem. Staff is friendly and willing to help.

The breakfast employees are awesome, really friendly and helpful..our room was GREAT very convenient location..super clean hotel, nice pool, checked in pretty quick..the housekeepers are awesome also, really friendly!! I recommend this hotel to anyone in the area, you won't regret a thing!! It's all GOOD STUFF

I was very pleased and impressed with how clean and well maintained the room was. My girlfirend and I booked very late and were both sick, they were very friendly and informative at the counter and gave us a free upgrade. There was also a small market in the lobby in which you could get snacks and drinks. The complementary breakfast had a huge selection of food and all of which was very good. If I ever go back to tupelo this will be the place I am staying. I was throughouly impressed with the quality of the hotel for such a low cost!

This was our eleventh hotel stay within the last month. It was our first try at a Holiday Inn Express & Suites. I was very pleased. We made reservations just prior to arriving and were accommodated. The room was very clean... almost too clean. The solution used to clean the bathroom floor needed to be diluted a bit more because it left the floor a little bit tacky... but it was clean. I liked the shower products in dispensers, that was new to me! Breakfast selection was fairly standard. Only problem we had was out of managements control - kids running up & down the stairway, located next to our room. Management was notified and it was dealt with.

Nice hotel in tupelo ms. Clean quiet area. No tv guide? Friendly staff.

We only stayed for one night but it was very accommodating. The rooms were very clean and spacious. They had soap and other necessities for free incase you forgot your own. Breakfast was 6-10 and was very good. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

We had a great stay while traveling during Christmas. We stayed here one evening and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was awesome! Everything was fresh and hot. We were traveling with a toddler and a newborn and of course were running behind. I got to breakfast just a couple minutes before they closed it down and the workers kept it open for us until we had all managed to get breakfast and made sure we did not need anything else before they did.

Highly recommend!!!

I stopped here with my family enroute to a final destination in Gulf Shores. The room was clean. No odd odor or anything. The work out area was nice enough. Pool was open and enjoyed by kids. The morning breakfast is warm and free. Overall the price was reasonable all things considered and would stay here again.

I traveled from Ohio for leisure. Upon my entrance, the nite desk clerk Mr. Leo was the kindest, most professional older gentleman. He made me feel welcomed immediately. My room was extra clean. Beds super comfortable 😌 👌. Food (Hot breakfast) service was friendly and welcoming along with helpful. 🥰🥰 I was pleased
