I really enjoyed this nature trail. I'm so glad its here. It's educational, fun, peaceful, interesting. The trails are easy to follow and there are lots of trail markers so you can make sure you are still on the right path. Several hikers had their dogs so I would say it appears dog friendly. Keep in mind, it's a nature hike and even on the easiest trail you will still be hiking on some uneven ground, you have to be able to grip the ground because there are some slants and dips, so be prepared and be careful with your step. Overall it was fun. Exercising made fun.

Great nature trail! Several trail length options and all the trails are very well labeled which is great because they do interest often. There are benches and trash cans throughout the trail. Beautiful pond with boardwalk, lots of wildlife.

A nice oasis. Well maintained and clearly marked trails. Plenty of blazes as you move along. Most trails are wider than single track. Plenty of maps at intersections, and numerous informative placards along the way. Parking is weird, and I'm not sure how it works.

Part of the University of South Alabama. We walk the trails while our granddaughter is at practice. The trails are dirt and the area is free of litter. It's a great way to pass the time.

Very cool park with a very cool founding story managed by the University of Alabama and on / adjacent to campus

The trails are plentiful and enjoyable lots of good nature to see wetlands, hills n valleys pet friendly trials clearly labeled and marked with maps along the trail

But .... They need to empty the trash cans more
They were all full and even found a baby poison trapped in all the garbage in one 😥

All n all 5 stars

Great little trails around South's campus. People mostly do a good job of not junking it up.

Clearly marked trails and a few different loops that range from 1 mile up to just over 3.

What a fun outdoor family activity! There are several walking trails to choose from. The distances vary from 1 mile up to 5 miles. My family walked the blue trail (1.5 miles). We all had a wonderful time exercising, being together & enjoying the outdoors. The trails were marked well & easy to see. There was no trash or debris anywhere. I highly recommend this trail. If it's your first time on the trail or you're simply unfamiliar with it, then I do suggest taking a walking partner 😊 Happy trails! I just HAD to say that!

Great nature trail that has multiple lengths you can choose from. On hot days, this is a great option since the majority of the trail paths are within the forest, so there is plenty of shade.

The only feedback I would give is better labeled trails. Sometimes the associated color is not prevalent throughout the length of the trail. I end up going on a longer walk than expected lol

Great trail for beginner MTB riding or running/jogging. I will be back!

No pics of the trail, just the wildlife around it. (Credit for pics goes to my buddy Brooks, I was too busy dealing with burning thighs 😆)

Came here yesterday with my family and enjoyed it. My daughter loved the bridge, and all the turtles. The trails are awesome as well with all the informational signs telling us about the trees and wildlife. 👍

The only drawback to going was my first mosquito bites of the season. Worth every second! The trails were covered in wood chips and beautifully tended. There were also signs to help you identify plants if you wanted to.

Glenn Sebastian was my teacher at South. He was very entertaining and warm-hearted. I am glad this natural area is named after him.

Great experience. Trail and routes are easy to follow and well marked. You can get confused on which direction you are facing, but can find a map at different intersections.

Love this "gem"! We love going here to explore...to exercise...and learn some new things while we do so! So thankful this area was preserved and so well-maintained! Know it makes Dr. Sebastian smile down too❤

Nice trail, we had a stroller for our 2 year old and it was easy to use. We did the blue line with stops took about 45 mins
