ate here for the first time tonight and i’m so mad it was my first time! food was amazing & our server jennifer was so sweet. thank you for your hospitality!

Made a pit stop after the botanical gardens on our way home. Gooooood Italian food, kids loved the chicken tenders,,,, oooh- the zucchini sticks- yum!! Wish I knew they had the onion soup- I would have ordered that instead of the chili. Good place to fill your tummy before hours of driving back home!

Visited on a Saturday during Labor Day weekend around 1:30 PM with 8 people and they were able to accommodate us quickly with no notice or reservation. We got our table, were told Pepsi products, and ordered drinks and eventually food.

There is a hidden kids menu not listed anywhere and my kiddos got the kids burger and fries and kids tenders and fries. The fries were crispy and flavored well. I got the chicken quesadilla app for my meal, it was HUGE, but awesome and came with salsa, sour cream, and guac.

The service was very friendly and homestyle. I would definitely return if I'm in the area and I recommend to all checking out an American classic restaurant.

Always have a great experience here. The food is delicious and has a family feel. Everyone is great but ask for Jen as your server, she’s the best!!

When you show up at a restaurant at 9 o clock at night, and the tables are filling up, you know it's going to be good.

The host wasn't wearing a mask, which was off-putting. If I wasn't very hungry and exhausted, I would have turned around and left, but I am growing exhausted of begging people to do what they need to do to keep their neighbors safe. I can't explain to you that you should care about other people. Anyway, all the other staff had masks on.

The waitress was attentive and did a great job, especially considering how many tables she had.

The French Onion Soup was really good. It would benefit from crustier croutons - they became dumpling like in my soup. The cheese they used was amazing though, and the broth was different than what I was used to - it seemed like an opaque chicken broth rather than a clear onion broth. In any case, I very much enjoyed it.

My husband loved his chili mac. The onion rings were not my favorite as I prefer beer battered, and these were large and thin. I still ate them with gusto, though.

I appreciate restaurants who are able to keep their kitchens open until midnight. It's a rarity during the pandemic, but late night eaters need a place to go!

Finally, the dining room is packed with framed family photos, which is really heartwarming. I would love if some of them had descriptions so I knew what I was looking at.

I'm glad Biggies is in the neighborhood.

Update! My family and I went to Biggie's last night, September 1st 2022. We were all exhausted. There were tons of stuff on the floor, and we were very well attended too. I got the fried Chicken special and it was so good! I had the French onion soup again and loved it again. Shout out to our super friendly waitress who was busy but you'd never know it the way she was treating us with such kindness, and to the young man in the ball hat and firefighter shirt who kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed! Absolutely excellent service for a family weeknight meal. It's nice to be able to take the family somewhere where everybody is sure to find something they will like.

The food and the service was fantastic! My son enjoyed a bacon pizza, my daughter the kids hamburger with seasoned waffle fries, and I had the cannelloni with the red AND the white sauce as recommended by the waitress. It was delicious! The homemade creamy thousand island dressing was really good too!

I hosted Christmas ‘23 & for the first time ever we decided to order take out for 12 people. We got 1/2 tray lasagne, pasta con broccoli, & a tray of Biggie’s salad. The aluminum trays were sturdy, pasta was warm, & the salad with house dressing was perfect! Food was delicious & cleanup was easy peasy! I believe I ordered from Greg or Gary & he advised me on the quantity to order & he was on point! Pickup was a breeze & would definitely recommend!

My table ordered a variety of delicious foods from mustard shrimp, beef ravs, chili burger and onion rings. We were very satisfied and our waitress was wonderful.

Can't say enough good things about this place. We're from the Houston area. (We came to St Louis to see a game.Part of my bucket list to see a game at all the stadiums.l) Our server Lisa was great! Very personable. She knew the town and gave us some tips for our visit.
The food was delicious. Steak was excellent. Steak sandwich on garlic bread was tender and delicious. Atmosphere was fun! Lisa brought me a slice of cheesecake for my birthday. The topper was that this sweet little 4 year old boy named Dominic sitting at the table next to us came over and sang happy birthday to me! Great time! Thanks to all!

Delicious!! Service is amazing, our waitress really knows her menu like full menu what each meal is made of. Definitely will come back here when we visit again. This is a must go to place. One stop shop great food and good drinks!! 🍛😋🥃🍽

We love Biggies or a beer. My mother in law drives 20 minutes to get their salad dressing if she's having company

Ok, I was skeptical, but proven wrong!! I read the reviews and several people raved about the steak sandwich. Boy, they weren't lying a bit! The steak sandwich is on cheesey garlic bread. The steak was like butter! So very good!! I highly recommend!

Great food great service we’re from Texas and enjoyed the food

Unfortunately due to covid I lost my taste and smell, but my husband says the pizza was 🔥 It looks amazing and the hot wings were good but could have been a bit more done. No bacon bits and sausage pellets here 🤗 Oh and the customer service was outstanding 👍🏾

Nice little neighborhood bar and grill. Wide selection of food, from sandwiches to pasta to pizza.

We had a combo platter for an appetizers, where you can pick any 3. Got mushrooms, mozzarella sticks, and pretzel bites.

For the main dish we picked a pizza and chili mac, plus a side of fries. Everything was good.

Only thing I'd complain about is they serve Pepsi products instead of coke.

Great food. Homemade dressings. If you want to step out of the Chain Restaurant Abyss, Biggies is your place!

Food alway great here. Just had burger and salad tonight and split them. Waitress friendly fast and efficient. Splitting no issue. Brought extra plate. Saw those excellent pasta dishes going by. Have to go back soon!

Not a bad item on the menu, really Great steaks. Fantastic baked or fried cod. Pasta is great. Pizza is my favorite STL style. Peg, Jen and many other great servers. Ive been going here since 1994 and its been interesting seeing some of the young servers and hostesses grow up working there, some of them becoming great servers as adults. My favorite place for dinner. Period.

This location is in the heart of The Hill in St. Louis. Their menu has a lot of variety. Sandwiches, pasta, salads, and a full bar. It reminded me of a local tavern that everyone in the neighborhood goes and hangs out at. I ordered the Roast Beef sandwich, make sure to get it on the garlic cheese bread, it’s so good. Their onion rings were homemade. We got a sample platter before our lunch arrived and all the items where amazing. Would definitely go back and eat here again.
