What can you say

We contacted Dilmar Oil with regards to a new location we had and the oil services we would need. The sales person they sent stopped in to our current location dropped off a folder containing information about the products they offer and said when we get our new location up let him know and he would come back and look at it. well, the building was up at the time so I called to let him know that. He stated he could come out the following Thursday at 11:00 AM and we could go to the new facility and measure. We set the appointment and I waited until the following Thursday at 12:40 PM to call him, since he did not show for the appointment. I asked if he still planned to come out. He said he was not going to make it. I asked why he did not call me to reschedule. He said he had "important fires to put out". I guess we are not considered important enough for Dilmar Oil. It states they are family owned in their website. I guess I would not like be a part of that family. I does not appear we will be doing business with them. Poor customer service!
