Berra Park

Beautiful little park with an ersatz water fountain, playground equipment, sizable ball field and picnic tables next to the restrooms. Tucked away on the edge of the Hill nearest I-44, on my visit we had the place to ourselves. It seems like a forgotten gem of the city.

Great playground area. The field is all weeds and hard to play soccer. Bathrooms are basic.

Great little park, great neighborhood & well maintained. Has several small events for locals to get together

Ive been rubbing Midge Berra's nose for good luck almost 40 years! Although now while Midge abides by the mandatory mask requirements I'll just have to wait until this pandemic is just a chapter in the STL strong history books...

Love the playground,water area for the kids,plenty of shade and tables.. so family friendly

A great park in a fantastic neighborhood and it seems to attract more and more people each year. Several years ago the playground area was completely remodeled and at separate, but relatively close periods of time, both the playground and the bathroom/pavilion facilities were updated. The playground has swings, several slides, and is great for young kids. Older kids will hang out there, too. The location in The Hill neighborhood makes it a great play to play before or after a great lunch or dinner in the neighborhood.

Beautiful grassy park and playground with clean and well-maintained restrooms. I love being there with my kids and smelling the delicious Italian foods wafting about the neighborhood. It's a gem!

Awesome park in a beutifull city. Plenty of options for food and drink after a delightful day at the park. Restrooms and playground equipment and plenty of grass to throw a ball around on. 7.5 out of 10 would visit again.

Features a rustic picnic table by a quaint set of unavailable bathrooms. Perfect place to look sketchy smoking cigarettes in the shade, charge your phone, and wait for a bus by the bus stop ten feet away. Kid-friendly. Cool fountains.

Berra Park is a great neighborhood park. Super clean, the "toys" slides, swings, etc are all in good shape and safe. Lots of nice little events are held there. A true gem of the community.

Love this park. Nice and clean area right in the ❤ of the Historic Hill Neighborhood!! They have movie night out for all on Friday night's. Good atmosphere and even better place to take the children to play!!

Love this entire neighborhood !! Very family oriented, tight knit community. With some of the best Italian food in Stl , well maintained & equipped grounds, and the friendly residents of the Hill, Berra Park is a nice outing!!

Lovely and quaint with a great playground and some well kept ballfields. Good lighting. Two good restaurants across the street. Plenty of parking. Bleachers are some of the best I've seen in the city.

If you have anyone who has difficulty walking it is a hike to get around the fencing to the ballfield bleachers...so bear that in mind or bring foldable chairs.
Good coffee shop 2 blocks away on Shaw.

Rented the pavilion for a family reunion. Covered pavilion, electrical outlets, playground, small water fountain for small kids to run through on a hot day. Only thing that wasn't there was a trash container to put all your trash at the end of the day. So we took all the trash with us.

This park is very well taken care of by the parks department staff they do a wonderful job and the volunteers that take care of part of the park do a wonderful job also

Love this place!! Great place to play softball, play in the water and they also have a playground. Berra is across the street from Gioia's. How can you go wrong??
