Christy Park

Fantastic!!!! We got to enjoy it one of the last days of the summer of 2022.The weather was beautiful, and it was not crowded and that made me very happy!!we got to do some metal detecting, and tried to fly a drone but the wind was really strong , but it was the perfect area to do it, we will go back in the next couple days, weather permitting.

Fun exercise equipment area located next to the playground. Very nice playground, open field, and super clean. Good place to bring the dogs too!

Great little playground for neighborhood families

This is a great little park..Blocks from The DMV and Several fastfood joints, it offers a place to chill and eat lunch .If you have young ones.. there is a playground and plenty of room for Fido to run if Your like me, and take your Dog everywhere you go. Enjoy the giant water blast compliments of SLFD.

In the neighborhood is one of my most favorite places because it is so peaceful Serene and generally not many people there other than walking through. I use it more as my private hideaway and go to escape

Lovely if small park with beautiful old tall trees. I only saw one picnic table, near the playground, but it was clean and a nice place to sit and relax. There are a great deal of benches and trash cans spread around the perimeter of the park, and it's also on the bus line.

It made a fantastic spot to people watch, listen to music, and read for a bit. It was surprisingly quiet for being near the playground area. I don't have kids but the ones on the playground seemed to be having a great time. There's plenty of parking and there are paved paths throughout the park.

This park is near the Joseph R. Leisure Park and the Christy Greenway. It would be easy to walk through all three in a day. Many people were walking their pets the day I visited. I also noticed a bike rack.

Update 2/20/22: there's new (I believe) fitness equipment near the playground.

It's got one of the tallest slides, great climbing wall that transitions into a hanging-thingy, and even some low swings!

The play area is made for kids 5-12 years old, it isn't very big but it has all the essentials for a trip to the park. They also have an area right next to the playground with workout equipment for the adults

This small park is beautifully landscaped and has a fun playground for the kids, complete with exercise equipment for bigger kids and adults. We walk here regularly and the kids always have a great time. I love all the trees and green space. It is a gem of our neighborhood.

Park service has taken out some trees which were damaged. The grass is mowed regularly. A beautiful tiny park, LOVED by many local residents (me). Jack

Truly it is a great and very centrally located neighborhood park very picturesque and truly a neighborhood City like Park perfect to have a music venue for the Bevo neighborhood. It's very peaceful calming and Serene a wonderful place to meditate and also for a picnic whether it's romantic or friendly ☺⭐😉🍸🍸😊

Love this park! Christy Park is located in a mellow neighborhood. The playground itself was well kept and surrounded by grass and trees so the little ones can play ball or throw a frisbee.

Great neighborhood playground park, especially since the crosswalk was added across Christy Blvd at Wilcox. There is no direct shade (can't have trees in the playground!!) so in the summer go before 11 or after 4pm.

Good Park to walk your dog in the morning, if you want to play ball, not too many people, not too much foot traffic. My tail wags also when I come by this park.🤘

Often catch the bus 10 om that street

This is the closest playground to our house, and it has been great with every visit. It's always clean and we'll maintained, and has other other kids most of the time.

This park was really nice. The people were very friendly. The park is diverse and children seem to get along very well together. Will go again with grandchildren when visiting St. Louis.
