Burlington

Recently started shopping here again after years of avoiding this store for many reasons, safety, seedy people, theft, store conditions. However, was pleasantly surprised at the obvious turnaround taking place under the New Store Manager Mike's management!! There is a visible difference in every area, store itself was much cleaner, better organized, and new security measures in place with addition of Stl police officers working as security not only at the entrance, but throughout the store. There is also friendly employees greeting you at the entrance, but best of all, while looking around, new Mgr Mike, approached me, introduced himself, offered assistance, and advised me of upcoming merchandise I may be interested in. After commenting on the positive changes I was seeing, he discussed his plan for turning this store around and was enthusiastic about it. Great job Mike !! You're a welcome sight in what had become a run down derelict store. Good luck sir

Excellent customer service as well as selection of merchandise. Prices are well within my shopping budget.

They finally had clothes in my size & stuff that I actually like. The wife and I found some great items this time. We will be visiting again in the near future. The lady who checked us out was very nice & professional. We really enjoyed shopping today.

Still the BESSSST outlet store! Clean and rather organized for a busy inner city location. Cashiers are always friendly and I always find (too much) more than I'm looking for lol.

I love an hate this place as well! I can always go in there an find me something! For myself or my grandkids or for the house!! I try not to get a cart an carrying all my stuff by hand, but that never works out!♥♥🤦‍♀

Arlena exemplify what is to give excellent customer service. Arlena was training and ringing and still maintain to keep calm while the line was busy. She also help me find my loss phone. Arlena is a breath of fresh air being around her felt like family literally. Arlena is the MVP. THANK U FOR A EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

This store was the Amazon before Amazon. If your looking for any thing akin to Wal-Mart they have it here. The bonus is the clothing they provide is always in style. They have had a recent revitalization in the past year and new management. The location has a new layout and they have really upgraded the game on competition. There's a reason there still in business and it shows. No matter your budget you'll find the perfect outfit every time. Along with the amazing clothes like previously stated. All the odd things your looking for, they have it here in a premium grade. Name brand household items and fixtures. Essential oils and toiletries. You name it I bet my bottom dollar they carry it. If your shopping in the neighborhood do not pass them up or you'll be sorry you did. Will shop here no matter how rich or poor I am. This Burlington and help from there team and managers is the best in business.

The atmosphere is always fun here! One of my favorite places to shop. Managers are especially nice. You will always find something here.

Today was a good visit. When I first entered the store I cut my toe on a shopping cart. When I told the lady at the door what happened she hurried off to get me a bandage. THANKS AGAIN!!! Then when I got to the counter to check out I got a VERY good deal on one of the items because it didn't have a price tag. Yes..I will return!!

They had so many great gifts for me to give to friends and family at great prices. All the ladies up front at the check out counter were so nice and fun to deal with, it was so nice to check out with good people there to assist me.

Have lived on Southside for over 3years and purchased winter coats and work uniforms from this store.It also keeps a variety of colorful t-shirts for Men,Women and Children ,clothes for all sizes. Also affordable prizes

I love Burlington as a store. They have such good deals. an example would be the columbia jackets I just bought. On black Friday, kohl's and Columbia were having sales on Jackets and the woman's was $30 and that's including the sale discount and the kids jackets were $22.99 again, including sale discount. I went to Burlington and bought the same exact jackets and the womans was 25$ and the kids was $17

Not only does this location have the best selection of clothes, but they have the best staff... The supervisor Dena, the associate Mentaya and Cheryl were so pleasant and helpful. I had spent over $260 on school clothes and had to return a few items. I didn't have my receipt and my number did not come up to show my last transaction. I was devastated because my daughter was gonna be stuck with some jeans she couldn't fit. The supervisor Dena was so nice and poise despite the hectic day I know she had(line was getting longer and longer as she helped me) she was so patient with me and she went ahead and proceeded to let me exchange my items. I want to Thank the 3 ladies who helped make my experience go smooth with no problems. I appreciate your hard work.
