We sent in a family heirloom hurricane lamp for shade replacement and new electrical wiring. I was skeptical that the lamp would ever look original again after being shattered. We received it back today, and we are blown away….W O W just W O W!!!! They did an amazing job. Jim was so kind and extremely pleasant to work with the past few months always keeping us updated. This was absolutely worth the time and money! THANK YOU SO MUCH all the way from Missouri. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Genuinely surprised by a repair they did on an old lamp my late grandfather made for my grandmother. She accidentally bumped it over with her walker and thought all hope was lost for the lamp. Before throwing it away, I had suggested taking it to the shop up the street from our house. It took about a week, but to my surprise, they got it working again! Thank you so much for helping my family keep a hold of something that means so much to us.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how well my antique torchiere floor lamp had been revived. Since it had spent nearly 45 years being stored in an outbuilding, I wasn't terribly optimistic. It obviously needed rewiring, but I also didn't want it fully restored. Just cleaned up and rewired. The repair technician did a fantastic job. It was exactly what I wanted. Most highly recommend.

Jeremiah was leaving as I pulled in, he hopped out and unlocked the door so I could take a look. First time at their store. I wasn't even planning on buying anything, but he gave me such a great deal and said if it didn't work I could return it! Well the table lamp looks wonderful! I will be back!

Staff is nice and helpful. They have some great lighting, obviously. I've discovered that all lighting is high, but don't look for good deals here. I also found out that they just get their stuff online where you could just get it yourself.

Lamp Shade Pro and Hoyle Lamps of Lincolnton, North Carolina, are disreputable and "SHADY" companies (pun INTENDED!). Jim Hoyle, Seth Hoyle, and Jeremiah Hoyle, are very disreputable businessmen. I purchased 2 lamp shades through Hoyle Lamps (which redirects you to Lamp Shade Pro's website when ordering) that were too short and didn't fit my lamps, and these shades were asserted as being silk, when in fact they were a polyester blend. I paid $209.98 for these 2 shades. I was afforded the ability to return them to their supplier, Monter Lite, and paid $31 to ship them back. Upon receipt of the shades these disreputable businessmen charged me a 20% restocking fee, when their return policy on Hoyle Lamps says "E-Z returns, no reason necessary" and DID NOT indicate that a restocking fee will be assessed, however in assessing their 20% restocking fee they cite to the return policy on the Lamp Shade Pro website which notes that returns are free if "damaged, errors, or defective; [however] others may be assessed a 20% restocking fee." This is the old BAIT & SWITCH. These shades were both "defective" and an "error" transpired as they were not as described. The Hoyles STOLE $41.98 constituting this restocking fee. Jeremiah Hoyle said they incur a restocking fee from their supplier Monter Lite, but that would have been on the WHOLESALE COST of the shades, not the retail cost. The Hoyles ARE THIEVES, plain and simple.
