The best place IV been in awhile new girl was working here she had to activate for phones for meband my family. The phone service she had to call nest up and she had to manually activate all 4 phones. But ahe was as nice as could be and she did not stop until she had all of them done wish I knew her name

Got a new phone and a great plan. Even helped them with an issue

I was billed twice..an can't get anything done over the phone I work alot so it's inconvenient for me to have to go to the boost location

The in store charge is so ridiculous. What’s the charge for anyway? So stupid. If there’s a way to take people’s hard earned money they would definitely find it.

This Boost Mobile location like most Boost Mobile locations are completely useless. They post their hours of operation and then totally ignore it. I live in Lake Wylie and I have to ride all the way to Gastonia to get to the Boost location on Franklin Blvd a couple of doors down from Franco paints. This is the ONE and ONLY Boost mobile location that I have EVER found that is 100% reliable to be open when they say they will be open within a 25 mile radius of me. I pay my bill using these Boost mobile locations and because they are not open when they are supposed to be It has caused me to be late on my payment several times which disqualifies me from certain rewards at Boost. This app should be redesigned so that a person could leave ZERO stars because Boost customer service is the worst.

I am normally happy with location but noy today. The employee sold my husband a screen protector and she put it on knowing it wasn't the correct size then we asked for a refund. Then she preceded to call the police to stay we wouldn't leave the store

Not to good, can’t even help you activate a new phone? What’s the purpose of having a phone store if you can’t help the customer activate their new phone?

Came in today early and 30 mins after the opening time
Of 10am on a Friday they still aren’t open. Not a good way to do business

Went to this store at 3:55 and no one was there. The doors are locked everytime I come to this location.
