Was involved in a low speed accident, due to car being a GT-R and a difficult color to match I hit the groups to get suggestions on where to take the car. Reflections was the consensus, so emailed them pictures and a description of what happened. Was contacted by Will a short time later. They were familiar with the paint process for super silver, so we setup a time to drop the car off. Will always kept me up to date on the progress and when the car was completed you wouldn’t know the car was ever damaged. Reflections is definitely my go to from now on

Over many years as a driver, and having 3 children that have grown into now adult drivers, I have unfortunately had need of collision centers in the past. From Raleigh to Charlotte and in between, bump ups at colleges and some of my own stupidity have led me to deal with multiple shops. I have now dealt with the absolute finest business that I have had dealt with in a long time. Reflections is just outside of Lincolnton, which is about an 1 1/2 hours from my home in Monroe,…very worth the drive!! These guys do and did everything that they said they would, and were extremely fair, punctual & timely, and very courteous. They are hands down the absolute best automotive servicing company that I have dealt with in many years. Old time values haven’t disappeared completely, you simply have to read the referrals. I would recommend these guys if you’re looking for the best no matter how far away you are. You can’t go wrong!!!

My car was transferred to them after an insurance dispute at a larger dealer shop. They were able to take my car in and get it back to how it looked the day I rolled it off the lot. The parts all look incredible, and the paint job…my goodness…the paint job is immaculate.

Great work. Went in on a referral from a co worker. As soon as they saw my car they explained that it wasn’t safe to drive. Got me into the shop helped me locate a rental agency with an availability and kept me updated weekly until my car was ready.

Will and the team were absolutely great to work with. Our car had significant damage from a car accident (entire front end needed to be replaced) and not only did they do great work fixing the damage they went above and beyond for us to make sure every detail was covered. They were very transparent with everything that was needed and the timing of the repairs. They understood how traumatic of an event this was for our family and really went above and beyond to set our mind at ease that they would make our car look brand new and the absolutely delivered and far exceeded our expectations! I 1000% recommend them for any work you need for your vehicle!

After my car was hit in the rear I was recommended to this shop. From my first visit till they were done. They were wonderful, kind, professional and the best work ever. You can never tell it had been hit. With $1,000's of dollars worth of damage. I highly recommend this shop. My car is my baby and they took such good care of her. I have a 2002 T-BIRD, turquoise. She looks like she is off the showroom floor.

By far the best repair shop around! They were a pleasure to work with both times I’ve had to use them. They get the job done quick! Both times my car came back looking brand new.

These guys took care of me. I wasn’t expecting to be in two accidents in a few weeks span, but wasn’t a good beginning to 2022. I own a Chevy so I called Abernathy to see if I could get an estimate, they no longer do body repair. So, they referred me to Reflections Paint and Body. I was nervous at first, it being a small business and not a dealership. The staff was so friendly, kept me up to date on what was going on with my truck, and just worked so well with my insurance company. I was so estatic when I got my truck back. My trucked looked brand new and they had washed and cleaned my interior. I give them hands down great customer service. I would recommend them, and would use them again.

I have never had a business person go out of their way to help me like this one did. My driver's side door need some work and after 2.5 hours of working on it in the driveway (their shop was too crowded) they sent me on my way with the door better than it was before. These people are terrific. I have only lived in North Carolina for a year and I didn't know where to go. I needed the nose of my 1980 Corvette painted due to tick chips. These folks are friendly and very knowledgeable in their craft. My job was expertly done, on time, for a fair price. Definitely would recommend!

These folks were awesome, very professional and communicative. Had my 2020 Trailboss in for repairs after an accident and I couldn’t have asked for a better and/or easier experience. They gave me back my truck in better condition entirely front to back than when I gave it to them! And I only had front end repairs done lol. Would highly recommend these guys!

Reflections repaired the collision damage on my brand new truck that was rear-ended. You can't tell that the truck was in an accident - excellent work and fantastic communication. Reflections believes in providing old fashioned customer service, which is rarely seen these days. Hands down the best of the best!!! Quality work very detail oriented. I recently found some spots on my hood and had to have it painted. You literally cannot even tell, the paint was a perfect match and looks flawless! I cannot stress how simple this process was! Thank you guys for all that you do!
