Would not go anywhere else!

Was a customer of theirs for at least 10 years.. moved out of state was still customer of theirs..decided to try my taxes on my own saw it was a little harder than thought..called them with question and to inform them I would be returning to them this upcoming season and they said they wouldn't take me back because I missed last year..very bad business practices if you ask me..no loyalty there!!!!!
