Once I needed work done so I could get to my cancer doctor but didn't have the full amount of payment,
They trusted me to do what's rite an I did....what other garage would do that?

If you're on the fence about where to go and you just want someone honest, you've found it. They do great work, their prices are reasonable, they'll explain anything you don't understand, Victoria in the office is super nice, and most importantly like I said in the beginning, they're honest. I've gone through some mechanic shops looking for a good one and when I got to them I found a great one. My old van is constantly needing work done so I'm glad I found one spot to reliably go to from now on.

This garage has been here in Dallas for a very long time!!! I've had my vehicle worked on several times over the years and never had an issue. They are a full service garage offering Tires , alignments,oil changes and more. This place can get busy,I recommend calling first. They have some very good mechanics here !!!!!!

all around good people. prices are more than reasonable, they are extremely helpful and work quickly! we've had alignments, timing belts, water pump, etc done as well as more severe problems diagnosed and we highly recommend them.

This was my first time going to this location, but I will say they were great. I called before I went down here and asked about my needs for my vehicle and they let me know everything up front. They told me they did have a few customers already but they will work me in. I will say I only spent about 15 minutes total and I was back on the road. Thank You!!!

These negative (& ironic, as you see there are VERY FEW) really annoy me. As I’m a loyal customer and have been since 2020. YES, they may not have had time to do someone’s vehicle, but as stated the man was TOLD that. And I can guarantee that’s not how it was worded. I can beg they POLITELY said I’m so sorry, I have to be honest, we’re short staffed and I don’t think we’ll be able to get it done as fast as you’d like and/or we’re booked and behind BECAUSE of short staff. My experience has always been great. They ALWAYS truthfully tell you if & how busy they are and when they can or believe they can have your issue taken care of. They 1,000% stand behind their work as well, I know this from personal experience and it wasn’t even their fault. It was the part company yet they still replaced it for free. They treat their customers like FRIENDS OR LOVED ONES. They are nonstop busy and can’t take every job that comes in BECAUSE THEY HAVE SO MANY LOYAL CUSTOMERS, clientele/people referred to them by loyal customers such as myself. So forgive them for being successful and having nonstop business (aka cars to work on and usually so many they literally can’t take on anymore) literally because of how great and genuine they are. From Rob to Victoria, to ANY mechanic I’ve seen them have working that I’ve had any interaction with. Point being. They are amazing people. They TRULY CARE about their customers, their cars, whatever is wrong with the car & doing the job right, AS WELL AS your “safety” (since I saw a comment about that). I cannot tell you how many good things I can say about them. But definitely far from how the couple of negative comments tried to make this shop and ANYONE working there seem. I refuse to go anywhere else and I refer every single person I know... so thankful for them, their kindness, honesty, hard work, and just all around ethics and values. I truly do feel like they’re family and I promise any loyal customer of theirs can say the same and I’m sure is made to feel the same by everyone there. ♥

They saved me literally. My husband called them from near the hospital and explained I needed rear tires immediately for my Yukon. They explained they could get exactly what I needed to the shop in a hour and have it done for me before I needed to go to work. The girl in the office is awesome 😊 & very sweet. We will be bringing our Corvette here.

People are very nice. They don't take appointments. Most of the time they are very busy. They are somewhat expensive. If you don't get there before they open it's hard to get in. They will work hard to help you of you have time to go back multiple times.

I always Love going here. I didn't get to have any work done during the time I wanted but I was very impressed with the fact that the Owners wife was willing to squeeze me in later in the day. These are really great mechanics and very honest. There prices are very reasonable.

I was recommended to Ledford's by a very good friend. Folks are very friendly, knowable and professional. Price is very fare, defiantly returning. Check them out, call for and appointment, they have a very nice waiting area with very clean bathroom.

These macanics are so honest reliable and do wonderful work and don't up charge I have a mobile company so I need my van up and going to keep my company running they make sure I'm not down for days they gaurente the work they do I wouldn't take my cars to any other place update still coming here for maintenance and still super happy with turn around and work done

I called yesterday and needed 2 tires. I was in and out today in under an hour! Super nice and courteous staff, clean waiting area and restroom. Reasonable prices. Pleasant experience!
