T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I came in because I was having an issue with billing after having cancelled service. I walked in and was helped by Christopher Z. It's really rare to encounter someone in retail as well spoken, thoughtful, concerned about the customer, and precise as this guy. He spoke very coherently, clearly, and communicated with your back office tech folks very clearly as well. You can tell he thinks before he speaks, and isn't just off the cuff with people. Shook my hand too as I left, wished me a happy new year, and I'm not even a customer anymore! He definitely has a knack for professionalism. You aren't just a number to this guy. I might even consider becoming a customer again and signing up with him.

If you are looking for a great experience, this T-Mobile is the location to go to!! We ended up spending 2 1/2 hours here (even a few minutes after close) getting new phones, accessories etc and we were treated with such kindness and patience! Kels, Christopher, and the Store Manager ( I can’t remember his name ) were so kind and willing to help. Thank you for everything, we are forever T-Mobile customers for the very reason of the support and compassion the brand and it’s amazing staff do every single day.

Dang it! I forgot our guy helping us ( You helped us with my cousins prepaid phone for her daughter and we talked about Samsungs). He was wonderful and so helpful and patient. Thank you for being so kind to us!

Local office for T-MOBILE customers. Had phone issue that could not be resolved over the phone. Service tech was great. Explained issues and he resolved then all. Was not busy as I went close to closing time. Office not too far from home.

The staff at this location is truly professional and courteous. This location a jewel amongst a sea of swine. The visibility is awesome. The community is undergoing a major positive change. I will strongly encourage and recommend becoming a patron of this location.

Kelz was amazing! Went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met! Even noticed something’s on my account that shouldn’t have been ,and he immediately went into action in getting those things corrected! Thank you for always going above and beyond!

I usually dread going into a T-mobile, but I must say that Krystal provided me with exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived at the store, Krystal was friendly and professional. She was able to quickly address and resolve my issue. She patiently listened to my concerns and provided clear and concise explanations for my questions. She even went above and beyond my expectations by providing me with valuable tips on how to optimize my phone usage. What really stood out to me, however, was her positive attitude and willingness to help. This made my experience with Tmobile a positive one. Thank you for your help!

Chazzy went above and beyond to help my grandmother today with her iphone 12 warranty. She spoke with numerous stores and apple just to get my grandmother in the right place to fix her phone on the spot. Thank you Chazzy my granny definitely wouldn’t have been able to figure out that technology without you.

I visited here yesterday to solve a technical issue with my phone. I'm very pleased to say the staff resolved my issue within 10 minutes of my arrival. Tiffany was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the issue and correct it. Once again, very pleased !

I happened upon this location from google maps trying to find a last minute iPad for my son for Christmas. Came in, Kels greeted me and while helping one customer, started helping me as well. When I tell you, customer service was top notch! Not only did he help me figure out the right iPad to get (since the one I wanted wasn't in the store and the other was on promotion and available) he hooked me up with home internet for way less than I pay now, and he gave me his T-Mobile Tuesday selfie light that I missed!

I didn't have to wait forever in the store for someone to help, I was greeted and assisted as soon as I walked in, I walked out with an iPad in time for Christmas, and let's just be honest, Kels is the truth! I couldn't ask for a better T-Mobile experience. With me being new to NC and not even living close to that store, if I have any issues that require me to go into the store, I will be making my way back to this location!

My experience today was wonderful, thanks to Devin. He has very amazing customer service and will definitely come back.😁😁

The staff was amazing very helpful, tole great care of my grandmother when she came for help with her iPhone… this is the only store I’m going too from now on!!!!!

We just moved to Charlotte from overseas and needed local numbers. Saw great and genuine reveiws and picked this store. Should've written down the young man's name as it had escaped me, but he shared that he's also a relative new (1 yr +) local resident who moved here from SC and grew up in FL. Very chill, polite and patient with us as he stepped us thru the various plans and phones. Phones have been working well. Awesome services / thumbs up!

Luz helped me and she was what every employee should aspire to be! She was friendly and personable, and had a great sense of humor, which helps so much when you’re at a “phone store” which if you’re anything like me, is not my favorite place to be/thing to be dealing with. Equally importantly though, she was a great communicator and understood and answered my thousands of (somewhat complicated) questions with ease. She was patient and knowledgeable and in fact, I’m pretty sure she knew the answer to every single one of my 4,000 questions right away. She even answered honestly when I asked her a question about another provider that I feel like most people would just say “I don’t know,” which I SO appreciate. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience, which is why I am writing a google review on a Saturday afternoon. :) Thank you Luz!!!

Frankie was amazing! Helped my mom active a new phone and answered EVERY SINGLE QUESTION we had about our services, billing concerns and just about anything else. Super super knowledgeable and helpful, glad we came and got exactly what we needed !

I visited store 145 and was assisted by Kaelin and Mike. I had an issue transferring my data from my old phone to my new phone. They were very patient and provided excellent customer service. They took the time and made sure my issue got the respond. I would recommend them and this store.

Brandon multi tasked like a champ. He handled multiple customers at a time and remained personable and professional. I've been a mobile customer for 19 years and this in store experience impressed the most.

I dont usually do reviews but Incredible service at this store. I usually go to the one at Carolina Pavilion but the service at this location is superb. Brandon the Sales rep was very knowledgeable and listened to what i was asking him. what really stood out to me was how involved the manager Jose was. He constantly walked over to check on Brandon and asked if he needed any help, while asking if there were any questions he could answer for me. Invest in these young men they are tremendous asset to T-Mobile.

After having 2 unsuccessful, extremely rude attempts at a different T-Mobile location, going to this location was my final attempt with T-Mobile before honestly switching carriers. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by the store manager Alex with a upbeat personality, a smile and, eager spirit to make sure I was taken care of. It was a little busy, but the employees kept an ear out for any questions I had while waiting and, making sure I was kept up with wait times. Alex actually took it upon himself after a couple minutes to personally help me get a new phone, and get back up and running. They truly made my day with their fantastic customer service and, meeting as well as exceeding my expectations. Not only will I be going to this store for any and, all T-Mobile needs, they saved a long time customer from switching carriers. Thank you thank you thank you.
