Cream Puff Records

Great collection of LPs from North Carolina artists that are often not stocked at larger record stores. Titles from Paradise of Bachelors, Merge Records, Three Lobed and other boutique labels. Smaller selection, but finely curated.

Solid curation of vinyl ranging from indie folk to indie rock and americana. Huge supporter of NC art and music.

I went there because I searched for record stores in the area. There are two bins, but if there was a record store here like the images shown on Google, it's been converted to what is now the art gallery. This mediocre review only applies to the business as a record store. I'm sure the coffee is great and the books in the gallery looked neat.

Cream Puff website says they open at 12 on Sunday. they don't. drove from Raleigh to take advantage of the Merge30 sale. the records looked good through the window. 5 hours of driving for naught.

This is just the corner of a coffee shop that has a few boxes of records. It’s nice and is next to a cute art gallery (inside).
