Great convenience store for stuff you have missed at the grocery store

Best staff ever n good price

Friendly Mart is your average convenience Store with lottery, snacks, tobacco and alcohol. Prices are higher than your usual convenience store. Staff haven’t always been FRIENDLY at this location glad they switched things up!

I am just basing this off of the exterior design of this place. It is a wonderful hip looking run down building that is in a bustling area of town. The iconic yellow smiley face sign should be registered as a historic landmark. Apparently people are trashing this places reviews.

I come here often, contrary to the other comments the staff is always friendly and I’ve never been overcharged. For me the only bad thing is they get out of stock of items frequently

Pretty standard convenience store -- friendly & cheap beer prices. Not sure what else people are expecting.

$10 and change for a liter of pop and a bag of Cheetos. The receipt wasn’t itemized. Not coming back.

I recently came in this store late one night on 08/10/17 and i purchased two items of prepared foods. Only to find out when I got home and heated them up and bit into one that the meat was spoiled. Upon finding this out I went ahead and took a bit of my next prepared item I purchased from the store and that too was also spoiled. I then proceeded to retrieve the wrap packaging from the trash in order to check the expectation date on them and what do I see both wrap packaging had an expiration date of 06/10/17! The store sold me two prepared items almost two month past expiration date!

I do not recommend anyone buying prepared foods from this store and I suggest that you not make the mistake I made and check the expiration date on whatever food or snack items before you purchase it!

Since the date of that incident I've only used this store to purchase scratch offs and lottery tickets!

Friendliest thing about the store is the sign

This guy makes up prices on the spot. Just about everything is 20-40% more than it should be. The prices based on what you look like. I’ve paid significantly more sometimes just based off if I have nice clothes on. Another time I went in with old cheap jeans a t shirt and the prices were lower.

If I could give it no stars I would the staff is rude. Customer service is absolutely horrible, I have lived by this store for a few months. I dread that store ! The very first time I went in to get a snack drink and cigar and it was almost $10 like how???? Then the snack had dust on it and was out of date ( all of them) I need whoever owns this store to tighten up or sell it to someone else 😕

I'm pretty sure this guy just makes up the prices. I swear he just says whatever comes to mind. Not so friendly

guy make up prices . everyday i go there its a different price. he doesn't show recipes or scan anything, he decides the price and overcharges

Friendly? Yes, but this place is anything but a typical convenient store. Inconsistent and never stocks the same items more than once. I shop here because they are close to my house, but I’ve learned to expect them to never stock the same products more than once. Id love to support this place and local business but it is disappoint after disappointment. I’ve learn it’s best to go 2-5 miles out of my way than to expect them to stock anything useful. They don’t sell any of the basics you’d expect a typical convenient store to stock. Eggs, butter, milk, typical sundries??? Don’t waste your time! Go to 7-11 or a grocery store even if it is out of your way.

Price gouging to the max. I watched the total on the keypad but was charged more on my card. How much more are you charging if the order is already over $5? There use to be a Dollar General across the street but that’s what happens when an area becomes over did with gentrification. Shop somewhere else.

Over priced goods. Unfriendly attitude. Before assuming anything, I observed something I thought was off. The owner is very friendly to anyone who isn’t a person of color. Noticed the recurring pattern with customers. Everyone deserves respect if they give it. Not based on appearances. Disgusted with this place overall
