Murray's Restaurant

This was my first time eating here. I had heard good things about it. I was in the area and decided to try it. If I had not been told about it I probably would not have gone on my own. BUT let me tell you it was a Great experience. A hometown restaurant with a hometown feel. The food was amazing. It was a buffet style with several selections of meats and vegetables. The staff was super nice and friendly. Will definitely be on my list to eat again. Sorry that I don't have any pictures, the food smelled and tasted so good I didn't take the time to photograph it. Maybe next time.

Not many pork-free options. But, at a nice cozy country buffet, it's to be expected. The fried fish and hush puppies are very good, and so is that iced tea!!! Great friendly staff that provide great service every time! The dine-in buffet pricing is quite reasonable.

Amazing food...wonderful service ..they were so kind to us as we celebrated my dad's 99th birthday there !!

I have a great home-cooked meals buffet style. Had about anything you want to eat and lots of it. The biggest problem I had was I ate too much!!

Food is fantastic!! Recommend strawberry shortcake if people would stop scraping berry's off the top.

Love their breaded and fried pork chops! Reminds me of my mother's.

My sister and i are on our way to visit my 103 year old Aunt, we stopped here to grab a bite. Service was awesome, staff friendly, restaurant clean, patrons were all smiling, food was hot and was amazing. The fried chicken was better than mine! We will definitely do a return visit! Keep up the good work Murray’s!

It may not look like much, but wow, this place has some great food! Probably the best fried chicken I've ever had. Everything on the buffet was fresh, hot and delicious. Our waitress was very attentive too. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely a wonderful place to get home cooked food. The fried catfish was light and very flavorful, as was the fried chicken. Collard Greens we very tasty. The Sunday lunch buffet is a great deal at $9.99. Too many choices to try everything. We were just driving through and saw the reviews and stopped in. We will definitely be back when we are back in the area.

So impressed with the staff (super friendly and helpful) and buffet at Murray’s. The tenderloin and gravy was exceptionally tender, the veggies (squash with onions, stewed potatoes, and green beans) were lightly seasoned and delicious, the catfish and fried chicken crispy and delicious. It was delicious. And the hush puppies have onions!!! Yae. I will definitely be back.

It was a little warm the day we were there, but I guess as hot as it's been it's hard to keep any place cool.

So kind and very professional.
