They were extremely accommodating with fitting me in very last minute even as a new patient when I was having tooth pain. They were very professional on the phone and handled everything with insurance. The dentist was able to see what the problem was and explained it to me and made sure I fully understood the problem and the treatment plan. The dental assistant was very friendly and also made sure I fully understood everything. I was really happy with my experience here and will definitely continue to go here.

My mother (Ms. Sherrod) patronizes this dental practice because the atmosphere, employees, and Don Sin (the dentist) make you feel very comfortable and relaxed during your appointment. I want to especially give thanks to Dee at the front desk because she's very efficient, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable of all the services that they have to offer,,,keep being EXCELLENT at what you do Dee!!!

Dr Sin is professional and took time to explain and prescribe antibiotics to help me get out of pain. Scheduling was easy and prompt. He told me how much my treatment will cost when I asked. He does extractions, root canals and implants. I am very pleased with my first appointment.

The staff is always nice, knowledge, and attentive. And the receptionist dee is always accurate in what my insurance does not cover. I would highly recommend this dental practice. Vicki is also the best dental hygienist I have ever had..

The doctor is a saint here. Apparently I developed a serious fobia of the dentist (like body shaking hyperventilating type of fobia) as a grown man I was embarrassed, but the Doctor kept reassuring me and even gave me a lil count down during the drilling. He's a local treasure as far as I'm concerned. Now for the criticism, the front office is unorganized. You'll get multiple calls from different women working the desk, they'll put place holder appts in the system but forget to call and confirm if it works, and they will double book you for the same work that's to be done. However, the dentist is amazing, so if you can deal with the headache you won't have to deal with the mouth ache.

I had a Great visit and all the staff are so Awesome and Vicky that cleans by teeth she does a Awesome job and she is a Awesome Dentist and a Wonderful person

Today was my first time there. Front Office and Medical Staff were very friendly and Dr. Sin was very thorough. Dr. Sin and his hygienist explained step by step with every procedure. Very glad I decided to go see them.
I thought their lobby area was very "warm" and welcoming.

My husband and I have been going to Fremont Family Dentistry for a long time. Dr. Fuller was there when we started and then Dr. Sin came. We like him a lot. We always enjoy our short visits. Vicki is the best!!❤

Great people, very friendly. They are very prompt on appointments so you don't get stuck in a waiting room for a long time.

I was called back within minutes of arriving. My anxiety is always high at dental visits, but I had no issues with this one. The staff was very friendly and compassionate to my anxiety. Dr. Sin explained everything he was doing and the assistant was continually making sure I was ok. Best dental experience I have had since Dr Fuller retired.

I and my children have been going here since twenty years. The staff is always welcoming and professional. I feel Dr. Sin takes extra time to make sure things are done right and to his (and my) full satisfaction. The same can be said about Ms. Simmons my dental hygienist. Over the years I have gotten multiple fillings and crowns and I was never disappointed. I can highly recommend this dentistry.

Amazing dentistry. Doctor Sin is very honest and skilled with his work, and he is able to effectively diagnose and explain any treatments in a friendly way. The nurses are also helpful, and I always feel satisfied after every visit. The prices are very reasonable and although I live further in the Raleigh-Durham area, I believe this place is worth the visit.
