Very helpful and great facility. Jen was kind when helping me move in and dealing with the payment of my unit. Upon my need to close my unit and finish utilizing the service, Nick Gualtieri was understanding and extremely helpful. Great pricing and even better staff. I recommend to others and will revisit if need arises.

The staff has always been very attentive and helpful. Most recently, Sheryl went above and beyond to help clarify some things on my account. The unit is clean and the area is safe. Overall, I’ve been very satisfied with my experience.

Nick is a helpful manager! I’m not new to Prime/Cedar Point. Just moving spaces and Nick took care of me in a good fashion. Despite online booking my space that he had reserved, he made it work out for me..a bit more of a move but it went well.. thanks to Nick!!!

The people at Prime Storage, Cedar Point, are friendly and helpful. They make it easy to rent and are always available to help. I rented a climate control unit for almost a year and only discontinued because I was able to find a place to live and no longer needed a storage unit. The climate control was great. I would definitely rent from them again.

This is nice, clean facility with easy access and great rates! My partner and I needed a place to store our belongings while moving. We rented a 5 x 10 storage unit here. Our first month was free (!!!) and the regular rate after that was $63/month, which is an excellent rate for a unit that size. I also bought a lock from the office, and it was priced fairly (not way overpriced the way some storage places will do sometimes). The entire process was extremely easy, and Jen was very cheerful, kind, and helpful when I ended the contract (because we had finished our move and no longer needed the storage space). Highly recommend!

Surprised how much room the 7.5 x 10 has.

This was a terrific place to store our camper over the winter. Very efficient, organized and responded to questions quickly. The email reminders were very helpful and when we cancelled after picking up the camper it was also very easy. We will definitely be storing our camper there again next year!

This is our second time using Prime Storage in Cedar Point, once in 2018 and now in 2023. Very clean, no odor from adjacent units, and great service. Actual, helpful people are there during normal business hour! So thankful for their convenient location, too!

Great space for our RV with covered storage, 50 amp hookup, and a small locked storage area for our chemicals and “stuff”. Nick, the manager, was great too. We definitely hope to go back when we bring our coach home for the winter.
