The UPS Store

I always have a pleasant customer service experience whenever I go to my local UPS store. The employees are all so friendly and helpful. I have been a returning customer of theirs for the past 2 years and will keep coming back.

I never leave reviews but I just had to for this store. At this time of year when everyone is super busy, stressing out a bit, and in some cases just irritable, I have to say with the lines out the door this crowd always keeps their cool! I go there every day bc that's where my mailbox is and even slammed busy I see them all with smiles on their faces, doing the best they can, esp with the ridiculous people that fuss about everything.!

I want to give a big shout out to Melanie who in my opinion is one of the hardest workers I've ever known. And she always stays so kind, I have no idea how! She always takes great care of me when I'm in her line.

I just want to say how grateful I am for the crew at this store, all of them, and making getting my mail and packages pleasant in the midst of chaos. Just thought this time of year it'd be nice to get a good review! Merry Christmas!

I run a small motorcycle shop down the road from the cedar point ups store and I use this location to ship parts. Melanie is the best and always packs my parts for me as if they were her own. Takes a lot of stress away from me knowing that my products are being packed with care and shipped on time. Hands down the best ups store I’ve ever had to deal with!

I can not say enough wonderful things about this UPS store and it's employees. I ran in the other day needing some copies and the manager was the only person in the store and very busy. I told her I would come back and make them another day but when she found out they were pages for the children at our Church she insisted on making them for me. This is not the first great experience in this store but it made me decide to do a review. What a pleasure to go in there.

This store is always packed and as a contractor, I still come here. The blueprints and custumer service are both excellent. Some of the nicest people I’ve ever met and will definitely be coming back

Professional, personable staff. They don't seem to get flustered and always have been encouraging and pleasant.

I was at the store today around noon. They were very busy. Autumn and Melanie were the only two working. They were very professional, polite, smiling and helpful. Customers were also patient. It would have been understandable if Melanie or Autumn got frustrated but if they did, it didn't show. I have used this UPS store many times over the years and there has always been excellent customer service.

The ladies rock the place with greating people with a smile. They work quickly to get folks in and out. They are very helpful.

Staff is very friendly and pleasant. Miss tina, belated that helped me went way out of her way to help us with our packages. What a great place to send packages salad

I visit this UPS store daily in order of gather mail for a nearby business. The workers are always polite, cordial, and fast paced working through all of the customers issues. Melanie does a great job mitigating wait times and in 6 months of being a customer, I have never had or seen a negative interaction. Please keep up the good work.

I want to thank Melanie for helping me today. I dropped off a package to return some clothing I purchased. After returning home I received an email from the company with a different return address to use instead of the one I had used on my package. I quickly called the store and she found my package, changed the address, and assured me my package would get returned by Saturday. I am very grateful to her because I need the tshirts I sent back to be exchanged for the right size quickly for a Garth Brooks concert my husband and I are attending in mid July! Great customer service. Going above and beyond 😊😊😊

Fantastic service!! Whether the line is 50 inches or 50 feet long, the ladies are on it. Prompt professional service. Very welcoming staff. Melanie, particularly, is very happy to help. “Big or small, they ship them all!” I highly recommend them.

BEST DAMN UPS I BEEN TO. They’ve got an UPSTANDING young gentleman working there who called himself Izzy. He got everything I needed done with less hassle than trying to keep a sea monkey colony going! Amazing. GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS

Melanie is so kind! And I miss Tori, she should come back. The customer service here is amazing. They're superhero material I swear, they don't get enough praise for having to deal with all they go through every single day, I could never.

All I can say is WOW. It's been several years since I visited this location, and a few days from Christmas, I needed to print one sheet. A 60 cent transaction. Based on my previous experience I expected a grumpy staff and slow service.

I was greeted by everyone! The staff was smiling and festive! They quickly processed customers, Like Santa Clause delivering Presents on Christmas Eve.

I witnessed the staff give recommendations and options to everyone waiting in line and customers were smiling like I’ve never seen in there before!

Ashley and Tori were amazing. Please stop by and see them for all your shipping and printing needs!

Wow! A++!

We travel the country full time, and chose to use this store as a delivery/pick up location for a FedEx package while we were staying nearby. The shipment was delayed (by the seller), and arrived after we already left the area...
When my husband called to figure out our options, the owner offered to bring the package to us since he was coming our way after work! We couldn't believe it. We certainly weren't expecting to get our package that day, but we did! :)
This sort of hospitality is one of the reasons we love North Carolina so much. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to help us out!

I am so lucky to have this store so close. All the employees make me feel like family….actually even better! Always efficient, caring and working very very hard to help their customers. I am a huge fan of this store, and appreciate them for all that they do!

Fantastic service. Any time we need to send something, we make our way down to the UPS Store in Cedar Point. We come all the way from Morehead City to use their services. It’s a bit of a drive, but absolutely worth every mile.
