AutoZone Auto Parts, Cedar Point location. I wanted to make that clear in the beginning. There's been some confusion with Dollar General and Walmart with reviews and correct location especially in easter NC HWY 24 and HWY 70 being so close together and on the same HWYs. Another factor is that multiple cities share the same zip code. Carteret and Onslow County seem to have the greatest convergence of this anomaly. That sounded like a quote from *The Perfect Storm* a good movie. Enough, to these amazing employees at AutoZone. I pulled a 2017 conv. Camera out of my storage building 🏢 and have been driving it for about 2 years now. No real problem, but strange almost ghostly issues would pop up. The digital speedometer only comes on for a second when you set the cruise. The car is always in extreme sport mode it's a much stiffer ride. Just weird things. Finally, at the UPS store in Cedar Point, it would not start. All other power systems seemed OK. I thought, about 1/2 mile was the Auto Zone where I have a business account. They immediately checked the battery out. The newer vehicle starts cannibalizing systems to keep the car running at almost any cost. There was no hesitation by the staff. They pulled my battery out and replaced it within 15 minutes. (0) mess, clean installation. I'm going to mention his name who helped me (Dustin) I believe. Some of the best services I've experienced in a long time. Thank you, Auto Zone. Forgot I probably gained an easy 50 HP and discovered all kinds of new options. Take note: any vehicle 10 years or newer needs a fully functional battery 🔋 with a good charge or the e small or not Vittel option will slowly become sluggish or disappear altogether with HP.

I went here to get brake pads for my truck. They had them stocked/ available. The gentleman that waited on me was extremely nice too. The store was very clean & had lots of parking outside (wheelchair accessible as well)! I would definitely recommend this AutoZone 👌

Came in for floor mats not knowing anything about them. Was greeted right away and he came out and looked at car and got a nice set! Wish I could remember his name. So nice

We were vacation and the battery died in the jeep. Both gentleman were very gracious and accommodating. They even installed the battery for us during Tropical Storm Ian!!! Thanks for getting us back on the road!!!

The employees here are absolutely amazing people and very knowledgeable about what they do. They are also extremely nice, helpful and patient with customers as well as willing to come out to a vehicle and see what a problem is. I highly recommend this shop.

The guys here were extremely helpful with helping me get a new battery. Didn’t feel like they were trying to up sell me and they even talked to my dad on the phone since he’s my normal mechanic. Prices were really reasonable.
