Doctor Spellman and staff have been amazing. A total knee replacement is no joke, but they help make it tolerable. I have been very impressed with everyone with whom I've worked. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Today I had my first appointment with Anne in PT for Dry Needling. She is amazing!! So personable, knowledgeable, and professional. It was a great experience...I have regained lost mobility, and for the first time in 5 years I have no shoulder pain!!!
I have to add to my review after several sessions... I've continued to have great results. But I must also say how awesome Riley is! She has such a kind, welcoming, and positive energy. She is exceptional at her job, extremely helpful, and every interaction with her has been great!!

My experience with Moore Orthopedics (Surgery and Physical therapy) has been nothing short of amazing. From the folks working behind the front desk to the nurses, doctor (Dr.Spellman), and Physical Therapists everyone is extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. They work extremely hard to make sure you're comfortable and well informed of every step of the process. I had issues with my insurance (Tricare) and the billing department and the front desk worked to hard to resolve these issues and made sure that I was receiving the correct coverage for my surgery and appointments. When you go to Moore Orthopedics you feel as though you are the only patient in their practice, by the level of attention and care that you receive. I cannot recommend Moore Orthopedics enough to anyone that is looking for a top-notch practice who always greets you with a smile and leaves you with answers to any and all questions that you may have.

I can't say enough great things about Moore Orthopaedic Clinic. Dr. Holmes was my knee surgeon and Adam, the P.A. has also been a part of my care and the service has been wonderful. They really take care of you and explain everything to you, and make sure you know everything about your condition. It has been a great experience. I personally hope they did such a great job I don't have to see them again soon :-) Caring staff, great customer service and really good care are all the reasons to go to Moore.

I have have knee problems for over 15 years. Dr. Spellman replaced my left knee March the 1st 2017 and it has been the best thing i have done . The arthroscopic surgeries i have had in the past from several other doctors were not solving the problem. I am very satisfied with the results. I would like to thank the staff at Moore orthopedics as well as the staff at Carteret General with the joint and spine center. Combined together it is a great match. My knee is healing fast and the psychical therapy is great. And also a special thanks to Dr. Spellman and Chuck for explaining the procedure in detail and f course the wonderful nursing staff. I didn't forget you. Thank you again. You have made my life better for myself and my two teenage boys.

My mother was temporarily relocated from another state to stay in a local Assisted Living Facility. Prior to mother's relocation, post hip fracture, we set up transitional care with Moore Orthopedic, Cedar Point. Aside from excellent care by Dr. Spellman and staff, one person in particular--Stephanie, helped with the transition of services. And, in the few months since my mother's arrival, Stephenie continues to be helpful. From my professional and personal experience in health care, I can attest Stephanies' responses are always professional, solution oriented with an obvious goal to assist the patient. I highly recommend Moore Orthopedics and Sports Medicine and their excellent staff.

We were on vacation and my husband's knee needed to be drained. Dr Moore and staff were so very friendly and professional! We were in and out within the hour with fantastic results. Can't thank them enough.

Great Staff .

Well as soon as I can file a complete with the Moore office staff I plan. I was miss treated on the phone call today-4/4/14 about records that they have not received that I requested from a different doctor. I was set up for surgery on 2 different dates that was canceled by the first doctor. The Moore Staff would not let me have a appointment with Dr. McFadden with out the other doctor statement. It has been 4 weeks since I was at the other doctors office. I would like to have my shoulder checked and repaired as soon as possible. My family doctor referred to the Moore Center Dr. McFadden but the staff will not schedule a time unless Dr. McFadden sees a need. My shoulder is damaged and I'm in pain and need help. No help from this staff at all very rude and very short to me and not understanding with my problem on will to help me. I plan to follow up with my miss treatment of the Moore Center.

I have had 2 visits to Moore's Clinic. First for my knee and then my back. Both appointments felt rushed. But my most recent appointment was about my back. I had been in excruciating pain for 4 weeks until I saw them, I brought my MRI and the report. I don't think he looked at my MRI, he just read the report. They came back saying it was nothing was wrong probably just muscle spasm, they gave me a tens unit and referred me to their PT office. I left very disappointed. I went to get a second opinion they actually sat down and looked at my MRI together, and what do you know I have a bulging disc pressing on my nerve. They couldn't find this at Moore. I didn't feel like they cared at all, they just looked at my chart and told me what I already knew. The doctor also talked to me like I was a child, I am a 27 year old woman. I will not be referred there again. I do not recommend Moore to anyone.

I am a 68 yo F. I moved to this area and had to reestablish a Dr. So.I went in, the doctor sat on one side of the room, I on the other, He didnt check my ROM, flexibility nothing. He said nothing I can do for you cuz you are too fat. And had the nerve to charge me not only the 35 copay, And all the insurance paid but another 10.00. Are you kidding me? He did absolutely nothing!!!!

The office staff here is rude and short, as well as unprofessional. One even gave private information out while gossiping in town about my childs injuries. This occurred on multiple occasions over several visits. They also failed to obtain and utilize the surgeons post op physical therapy requirements and couldn't have cared less about them. The therapists are utilizing generic techniques and did not cater to recovery of a specific injury.

I have been a patient with Moore Orthopedics in the past for my back, today I tried to schedule an appointment for my knee, they would not schedule an appointment without first reviewing my insurance information----I assume to see if I could pay. Is this really how we want to treat people who are hurt?? My husband served 30 years in the Marine Corp---because of his service, yes I can pay. But after today not one penny will go to Moore Orthopedics.
