So glad they are taking my insurance again. Just left the Dr office and only had to wait 5 minutes on my meds. Total opposite of the other drug store I was using that has too many customers and not enough staff. The staff could often get short tempered which I didn't appreciate as a customer.

They have been nothing but wonderful with all of my mothers prescriptions, Answered every and all questions, always available on the phone, and they have the prescriptions ready quickly. The staff is beyond helpful always smiling always says hello and goes above and beyond for their customers. I had our prescriptions transferred to this location due to a horrible experience at another drugstore for her prescriptions. My mother is on hospice and requires a lot of different medication‘s. Again they have been nothing but kind courteous timely and just plain wonderful. I cannot recommend this place anymore. If you were having trouble with any of the other pharmacies Around switch to this one and I guarantee you they’re customer service will go above and beyond anything that you have experienced.

Got a rx transferred Here after CVS said It would take 3 days. Hannah was polite and efficient. It was night and day compared to my nightmare at CVS. Thanks for caring. My only regret was trying CVS first. I was wrong. Please forgive me, I will not make that mistake again

The team at Realo in Cape Carteret are top notch, friendly and professional. I've moved a bit away from this storefront and have a CVS that's much closer to my home, but I have chosen to drive the extra distance to continue with Hunter Brown and their staff because of the superior service they provide.

This Realo has an incredibly professional and attentive staff that offers personalized private consultation focused on the needs of the client, not the limits imposed by insurance algorithms. It a true hometown pharmacy that genuinely cares.
