Dr. Plummer was very thorough and was very informative in my visit. He said several nice things about my teeth. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Absolutely my favorite dentist and dental office. Some of the front ladies are a little rude but the hygienist and dentist are wonderful.

Staff and Dentist are always professional! Willing to work around my busy schedule, and I always enjoy the music they play...

Dr. Plummer did not seem to know what he was doing. Made very poor dentures for me & he knew it didn’t fit properly didn’t bother to correct them or make more. Had to get another dentist to make dentures they were beautiful. Office didn’t call me to tell me dr. Plummer wouldn’t be in to office for that day. Wouldn’t advise anyone to get teeth worked on there.

I called to set up an appointment using my Humana Insurance, the person who answered was not rude, but very short with me. When I asked about coverage she said I would get a simple cleaning and one simple X-ray, but would be required to get (2) additional X-rays per their office policy for $44.00.

Since then I have contacted another dentist that stated that in their office no requirement of additional X-rays was established. If additional x-rays were needed it would be my discretion to have them.

I saw the low rating of this office, but felt it would be unfair on my part to not give them a second chance. However, if the staff and policy are so "hard cast" it maybe a deterrent.

My rating is solely based upon that experience.

Horrible!, absolutely disgusted with the staff (ladies at the front counter who lose important/confidential information) and their [nasty] attitudes and incompetent minds.

Oh yeah, by the way, as-far-as speaking with the so-called dentist, I was not impressed: attitudes reflect leader ship. Quack!
