Best gym in a 50 mile radius. Let me explain! First off, the owners of this gym are amazing, nice, and personable. They keep a clean and orderly gym, and won’t skip a beat to help you reach your goals. The gym itself is perfect. It has all the equipment needed to grow and see results. From shrug machine to great cable machine chest press. Plenty of dumbbells and cardio equipment. For the younger population reading this, it also has great lighting and quality mirrors. Come check this place out in 2024.

Smaller than the other place but seems to be fewer people. Never have issues getting the machine I want. I like that the music is louder here too

Absolutely love the friendly staff as well as the friendliness of the other gym members. Always clean. Up to date equipment. enjoy my work out there more each time I go. Love this place.

Enjoy The Rock Fitness! Several locations to choose from. Have always been able to access equipment. Mostly enjoy walking into the gym and seeing Bible Scripture posted on the board!

Two Lincolnton locations plus one each in Shelby & Statesville. Good equipment choices, free w membership group classes, personal trainer available. Not the cheapest but a "no surprise" gym w no enrollment or other 'hidden' fees.
