Warren Dental Center East

Warren dental is the best dentist I've ever been to. They care about your comfort and give you options for treatment. I had a tooth removed and was surprised when they used gel instead of stitches! The nurses have great attitudes and so do the receptionists. Lord willing I'll be coming here for the rest of my life.

My first visit with Warren Dental Center was great. I felt I was with experts. They gave detailed information. I went to another dentist before them and they caused me great pain and did not give me a complete exam to find out what the problem was. I was comfortable. I would recommend them. I felt that they really cared. It pays to get a second opinion.

Friendly staff, Dr. Rod was very gentle, treatment plan was explained well, insurance and coverage were clarified. I may add the fifth star after treatment, we'll see. UPDATE: I went in for extractions and apparently my medication list had not been studied, so I was informed that I would need medical clearance from my PCP before my appointment could be rescheduled. I had already made arrangements, etc., so I was mighty unhappy about the waste of time/gas. UPDATE 5/17/23 I had six teeth extracted. Dr. Rod was wonderful, very patient. I had an easy recovery and I recommend him to anyone who needs a gentle touch!

had a enjoyable experience at Warren Dental Center East, today. Always treated with respect and my cleaning was quick and painless. My Dental Hygienist talked me through the whole procedure.

My hygienist was very thorough and patient with my many questions. The wait time was not terrible. I really appreciate the people who shows compassion about what I love and one of those things are my teeth ! Thank Dr. Warren !

No pain in the procedure (extraction). Gave me breaks when needed, and was quick at task. Very polite and friendly and gave me encouragement. Even apologized for the way I was treated at an unrelated practice I went to previously which had contributed to my apprehension. Post procedure instructions were very clear and all staff was pleasant and friendly. In spite of it being a dentist visit, it was actually not horrible.

Just moved to Winston Salem and had my first visit with Megan and met Dr. Warren. This was a really good experience for me. Megan has a gentle manner and was reassuring and explained each step in her process. She was considerate of my comfort and shows how much she loves her work by her actions and words! Dr. Warren is gentle and positive and reassuring. Glad I found my dental home on my first visit!

After two visits to Warren Dental, I am very pleased with all of the staff and my experience there. No interest in going anywhere else.

I was so nervous about finding a new dentist being that I haven’t been in 5+ years and the state of my teeth were not good, and I was embarrassed. I am a young woman that is completely dependent on myself. I was so pleased with my time at Warren Dental Center East today. I also have anxiety tied to the dentist and every person I came in contact with made me feel relaxed and comfortable and talked me through everything that was going on. Megan was my hygienist and was so kind and helpful, and really helped me stay calm the entire time. Dr. Warren was very thorough about my treatment plan and answered every question I had and was sure I understood everything that was going on. Renee at the front desk was tremendously helpful helping me figure out cost and my insurance, which I really appreciate because I am not familiar with the way insurance and medical bills work. I would give 10 stars if I could and refer everyone I know to come here!

Today, our visit was in preparation for significant dental work. Rene at the desk was most helpful and accomodating. Dr Norman was pleasant as usual! And Ruth was so kind, observant and patient allowing John with multiple health challenges to be relaxed. A significant achievement. Thank you all for another pleasant experience!

The nicest team here! My hygienist, Ruth, was amazing. Dental diagnoses were fair and accurate. Appointment was on-time and everything moved efficiently.

I've been going to Dr. Warren for years and his service he provides is ALWAYS 5-star! His back staff is tenured but upfront newer staff aren't as people oriented but still this office deserves 5 stars.

The staff are both friendly and professional. The hygienist and the dentist explain what they are doing and identify any concerns they have. They listen carefully to what you have to say about your dental health. I would recommend Dr. William Warren, DDS PA to everyone.

I like going to Warren Dental Center becausse the Staff is friendly and the Dentist are Good at the work they do. They are concerned about your comfort level and if something is not right they will make it right.

I had my first tooth ache and the staff and Dr. Warren was excellent with their care. they understood when i didn't understand something and took the time to explain it to my satisfaction. I would refer anyone who need a good dentist
