It's always a good time at Wake County speedway. Parking had improved, the track has new pavement, new paint, and more vendors. People do need to learn to park only in their space marked. They do have everything accessible for handicap, especially the bathrooms. Also, it appears they are putting up some new lights. It's looking good, Wake County Speedway 👌.

Wow! From the price of the tickets to the cost of food to the length and variety of races and speed of the track, this place is one of my new favorites for race tracks!

Nascar cars actually tace here and its such a fast little track it makes it super exciting!
We drove 3.5 hrs across NC to get here and i was worried it wouldn’t be worth the drive but it absolutely was worth every min and mile!

The parking situation is a bit cramped but thats the least of my worries as we get everywhere a little early for many reasons.

Best seats are bleachers in front of turn 3, almost all the wrecks happened here!

There were races back to back from 7pm to 10pm! My 9 yr old an I were smiles and all eyes on the track the whole time, and had an awesome time together. Very action packed and he wasnt bored for a second!

They also have an area that all clean grass on a hill that you can sit on with your kids which we moved to the last 40 mins.

Family friendly, no play area for kids besides the grassy knoll but they wont be wanting to do anything but watch the races!

Great facility (recently repaved), good facilities/grandstands, lots of food choices, kid-friendly... and, most important, really darn good racing for a Friday night under the lights.

What a way to start the weekend. We moved to NC when the pandemic started and haven't gotten out much because of it. We truly enjoyed coming out 7/23/21. It was amazing to watch racing again. My family and I will definitely come back soon. Thank you for the welcome back.

I wish this wasn't my first time there! The stands are high enough to see around whole track. Make sure to carry a pad or stadium seat. Gets hard after awhile. Good clean fun for all ages.

This is a great place to go watch a race, there are lots of fun people there, and they all seem to enjoy watching. I would highly recommend going here if you want to have a good time! Night races are the best because that is when they turn on the lights and everything livens up a bit more!

Very surprised... great track that's been recently repaved, good facilities/grandstands, plenty of food choices, lots of parking (unpaved), kid-friendly, easy drive from anywhere in the Triangle. Plus, we had a great slate of racing -- from Bandolreos, to Legends, to Late Models. Great way to spend a Friday Night Under The Lights.

Had a blast. Sponsored my co-workers kids cars and had the opportunity to see the young men and cars in action. Fast, loud, fun. Great evening of entertainment.

Old school racing on a freshly re-paved track. Family friendly and only 15 dollars at the gate. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

I moved here a few years ago from up north & really missed my local Sat. night track. Then I found WCS a short drive away & I absolutely love the fun, safe family friendly atmosphere & the racing is great. I love sprints & midgets & am really looking forward to seeing the USAC midgets. Racing people are the BEST people. 🇺🇲

We had a great experience. In the ticket line, staff checking our cooler for glass noticed my kid had to go to the bathroom. She offered to escort him to the bathroom while the rest of my kids stayed in line. That shows how kind the atmosphere is around there. During the mini concert we walked out on the track and the kids loved dancing on the finish line. 5 hours of entertainment and food for $50 is a great deal for myself and toddlers. Much love for "America's favorite bull ring", definitely coming back.

I love this place! Very down home feel. Great food trailers. Very patriotic atmosphere. You really bond with your new friends in the stands.

Checkout the Bull Pen if you're in the area, and have some time on a Friday evening. They just made several upgrades to the track including a fresh repave.

Awesome track! Concessions, Kona ice, funny announcer! What else could an awesome tack need? Other than an awesome line up of sweet and fast cars haha! It was pretty awesome!
