The initial home visit was so refreshing. Brian took time to answer all our questions. We went to to showroom and was greeted like part of their family. Tanya was absolutely amazing. She was patient and offered multiple suggestions of what we were interested in. We had 20 year old carpet and vinyl floors in our downstairs. The installation team was 5 star. Courteous, efficient, and professional. We could not be more happy with our decision to go with Crown Flooring

Very professional, quality work, and reasonable pricing. We had them install carpet in a remodeled attic. They were very careful not to scrap the fresh paint and they custom stained a wood flooring transition that matched exactly.

Brian and his team are wonderful to work with! Brian and his team just finished installing the luxury vinyl plank flooring in our living area, dinning room, kitchen; bathroom and sun room. We did a long distance carpet install, and it went AWESOME! We had sold our home in OHIO and needed to install new carpet in our new home on the day we actually "closed" on it! We were on the road driving from OH to NC and our daughter met Crowne Flooring to make the install happen. They did an AMAZING job! I highly recommend Crown Flooring for any flooring project. They will go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right and for a great price. Just put down Armstrong Luxe luxury vinyl plank in my living room, dining room, kitchen and hallway. Brian Harrell and his family members were so good to work with. Jose and his co-workers did an amazing job preparing and installing the flooring. They are trust worthy. I will use them again, when I replace the carpet in the three bedrooms.
