Great experience with Pure Luxury from day 1! Veronica was very informative during my consultation. She thoroughly explained the details of the process and the hair they use. Katina has been wonderful during the installation and walking me through the day to day maintenance. Plus, she moves fast so you're not sitting on the chair long. To top it off, the quality of the hair is supreme! I came to Pure Luxury because I over processed my hair and had to cut it short. Katina is the best! I had never had extensions before but I got a haircut I hated because I had to chop it after too much bleach damage. I have had her do the laser extensions all over & she's also done tape ins just around my face to switch it up. She is a true artist & places them exactly in the places where they look the best & most natural. Even my husband was super skeptical said he wouldn’t have been able to tell. This is all she does & she is truly the best. As long as I have extensions I will be driving to Charlotte to see Katina!

First, let me just say that India was so sweet and knowledgeable. Second, she is amazing at waxing…I was shocked at how comfortable she made it given I have a pretty low pain tolerance. I’ve gone to multiple places for my Brazilian wax and it has never been as quick and painless as this. I had such an amazing experience here! I had a bad hair cut at a different salon, and needed it fixed. I had super short hair going into this, and had no idea if anyone would even touch my hair because of the length. But the owner was super nice and assured me that she could put extensions in. The day of the appointment, she put the extensions in and it came out amazing!! You can't even tell it's not my hair. I am so happy with the way it came out; and my confidence is back!
