Harris Teeter

I usually shop at Publix, but recently came to try out Harris Teeter. I had the BEST experience here, solely because of the worker, Tonya. Tonya had INCREDIBLE customer service and helped me tremendously. She was so nice and made my day so much better. I will continue shopping here because of how amazing the customer service was!

One of the best Harris teeter. Great selections of fruits and veggies. They have coconuts and other exotic hard rock find products

This store has a good variety and is consistent. I especially like how many self check out registers there are; there's almost never a wait!

Best Harris Teeter in Charlotte. Always well stocked and a good selection. The staff are always very friendly too!

I can’t remember his name it was either Chris or Steve in the deli. But he was the most nicest/kind hearted man I have met. Very professional, and made sure my sandwich was made excellent.! Just wanted to say thank you for your kindness!

The store had an overall clean appearance and an amazing floral department when you first walk inside. The management was very helpful in helping me find an item that I have been searching for at other stores and was unable to find anywhere. I really appreciate everyone at this store and always enjoy shopping at Harris Teeter.

1st Visit! Always stocked for my needs! Just upset that they did not have my cheese bread in the deli for my sandwich. 2nd Visit -I visited this location on Monday the 21st once again the sandwich shop failed me. I must remind you I travel twenty minutes to this location since there is no HT in my area. I was looking to take advantage of the 4.99 foot long sub and they were out of bread at 530. I work 8am to 5om and just wanted a sandwich for dinner.

Stores are well clean well Lighted personnel very helpful I might add the staff is very friendly also stores are easy to park easy to get in easy to get out without a truck at household I recommend Harris Teeter stores.

Always a great experience Coco today was amazing at checkout. I watched her interact not with just my child but the child ahead of us. Very nice and beautiful spirit. Which I've never came across anything negative about this store. Great job! Keep being awesome Everyone.

Second of all, I frequent here for lunches/subs and want to give a huge shoutout to Martina and Chris. They’re AWESOME. Always so hospitable and sweet. It totally makes my day when they’re there and we get to say ‘hey’. Keep crushing and I’ll see you both again soon :)

Amazing! Customer service is THE truth. Nice clean store and Chris from bakery needs a raise. He made my shopping experience better with his service and polite demeanor. Oh and with my VIC card my $21 total ended up being $12!!!

One of my favorite Harris Teeters, awesome staff especially in the bakery and deli!!! Those ladies are friendly, professional and remember regulars with ease. They truly make the store!

I think the team here is fully of some of the nicest, most helpful people of any store I frequent. Always willing to go the extra mile and just very sweet and attentive. Not sure I’ve ever had consistently good experiences at any other grocery store, but it’s enough to keep me coming back!

So far this is my favorite HT. It's always clean and the staff are very pleasant. I enjoy that they have a seating area to eat. Their prices are better than most, and I eat organic without breaking the bank. The only complaint that I have is that specials are always short in supply. Gotta be the rush hour!

I love this Harris Teeter! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Tonight the manager on duty help me to my car and helped me load my groceries in the rain. Now that's what you call customer service. Exactly why I drive out of the way to shop at this store.

Love the store but the fact that healthy food is very expensive is stupid but that's what I gotta talk to the government about. However nice store, always have what I need. Very helpful people as well. Clean and always stocked up.
