My first visit with Poza salon was amazing! I felt so so welcomed, and everyone was super kind. Trying out a new salon can be scary for me, especially since not every salon caters to thicker hair like mine. Marissa did an incredible job, and was kind and helpful in answering any/all of my questions regarding hair care. Excited for my next appointment!

Poza Salon and Lindsay did an amazing job with my hair color, bang cut, trim, and brow tint. From the owners to the stylists to the front desk, you are treated with kindness and professionalism. They care about their customers and their individual beauty needs listening and providing suggestions on hair styles and products to keep your hair healthy and shiny. My husband always tells me how good I look after a visit to Poza!

Went in for a dramatic chop (the first in several years) and had an amazing first experience at Poza!

The salon itself is very cozy and welcoming, set inside a little house in the bustling center of Charlotte. The salon was well equipped, well maintained, and nicely organized. Every staff member that I encountered was friendly and helpful. In particular, I really appreciated Natalie's kind and positive attitude and the fact that she consistently asked for consent before touching my hair for before and after photos. Cassi was my hair stylist this visit and was extremely approachable and committed to bringing my vague vision to life, taking into account my lifestyle and what I needed out of my hair. She was very easy to talk to and was very efficient in her work, explaining a lot of it as she went along (ex. Telling me about my hair texture, what kinds of products she was using and why, etc). She did a wonderful job on my hair!

This salon oozes inclusivity, patience, and a commitment to making customers feel cared for all while offering a wide variety of services for very reasonable prices! I will definitely be returning!

Pooran and Poza salon are amazing. The genuine level of care, incredible talent, and welcoming atmosphere make for an exceptional experience. I could not be happier with my new look. I have definitely found my new home!

Leah did a great job with my hair. I loved that they asked for photos before my appointment. She listened to how I wanted it cut and really took her time and checked in if I was happy. Already have my next appointment on the books.

New to the area and needed to find a stylist. After doing lots of research, I felt very drawn to Poza. They are a team-based salon and their energy was very friendly. This was the best haircut experience I have ever had! They thoroughly consult you on what you’d like to have done… and the rest is magic. I had my hair cut by Cassi and I’ve never felt more like myself. Best haircut of my life and I’ll definitely be back for my next ;)

I had a quick consultation for hair extensions at Poza Salon. They were able to get it done on the same day as I was needing to see someone ASAP.. . I currently have extensions in my hair, but since I moved from Charlotte I haven't found a great Stylist yet. My extensions were fairly new install and were all kinds of messed up. The salon is so professional from the moment you walk in, and they all treated me with kindness, and empathy for my situation. It had such a GREAT vibe, and energy. I could tell that all the stylist work together as a team. I met with Zahava for the consult, she spent time listening to my hair history/concerns at the very end of her long work day, and did not seem to be in any rush. She was extremely knowledgeable, and gave me a great recommendation to see Jennifer who is the extension master at Poza! JUST from a quick (No Cost) consultation I KNOW I've found my new holy grail for my hair!!
I don't mind the 2 hour drive to Charlotte for GREAT HAIR!!

Poza Salon is one of the best salons in Charlotte. It has a great vibe, also everyone there is warm and welcoming. Their haircuts are wonderful & they do an excellent job coloring hair.

Truly a great experience! Before I even got to the salon for my haircut I had a pleasant experience with Bri over the phone about scheduling my appointment. She showed that Poza was able to work around my schedule to fit me in, with short notice. I ended up running late to the appointment that was near the end of the day by about 10 minutes and gave them a call to let them know, and Natalie was still able to fit me in to the stylist's schedule. As this was my first haircut there they made it a point to show me the entire salon, the products that they use, and the services that they offer. The check in process was easy and the staff, Natalie and Bri, were very friendly. When I got to the haircut, Cassi took the time to listen to what I wanted out of my haircut and how I wanted my hair styled. The haircut was a pleasant and efficient experience.
Would recommend this salon for anyone looking for a great customer first experience, in a time when it seems to be so rare.

This salon is so professional! From the minute you walk in you are treated like an important client! All the stylists work together in a team approach and I was so impressed with the time Jennifer spent listening to me about my hair history and color concerns! The salon is also super chill and down to earth! I was impressed with the great vibes I felt from everyone there ! I love how Natalie gives a little tour when you first walk in and her customer service skills are amazing ! I for one really appreciate great communication especially when it comes to hair !! Looking forward to continuing my hair journey with Poza salon!

I first visited Poza last fall and what a pleasant surprise it was. Not only did every person in the salon speak to me and make me feel welcome, but the service I received was stellar. My hair has never looked better. Every visit since my first has included careful listening to determine what I needed to happen. They share responsibility for all clients and I would feel comfortable that any stylist could handle my needs. I am so glad I changed salons! Plus their COVID protocols have always made me feel safe. They definitely are a client focused salon.

I have been coming to Poza for 16 years and I continue to be impressed with the quality of the services. Previously I struggled to find anyone who could handle my thick, curly hair, but after meeting Pooran and her crew, I get complements on my hair daily. Not only does my hair look fantastic, but I always feel special every time I visit. I do not hesitate to recommend Poza to anyone searching for a new Salon.

I recently moved to the Charlotte area and was nervous about finding a new stylist. I only use Wella products and saw Poza uses Wella color. I have a very unique auburn hair color and I am very specific with my hair. Marissa was my hair stylist and she absolutely nailed it. My hair looks absolutely amazing and I couldn't be happier. The atmosphere of the salon and the amazing service could not get any better. Also, the prices are reasonable and you definitely get a bang for your buck. I highly recommend Poza for your hair services! They will not disappoint.

Love this place! Zahava is the absolute best hairstylist! Her techniques and attention that she gives to her work are outstanding! My hair is not easy to manage but she does it with such an easy. I have been going to Poza Salon for years and the entire staff always strives to give the best experience. I can not recommend them enough! Gift yourself this pampering treat!
