No frills diner, giving you a no frills diner experience. Exactly what you expect, which is great! Eggs are made how they're supposed to be, bacon is crispy, etc. Unbelievably low prices, especially compared to the quality. Definitely worth a visit if you like diners.

This is where the real locals of Chapel Hill go! First off, it’s cash only but doesn’t worry, they have an ATM outside the door. The food is fresh.

You walk into the restaurant and move immediately to your left and place your order for your meat. Then you pay; after you get your plate you go over to the bar and get your vegetables. I recommend the onion rings and the green beans are scrumptious. This place is no fuss and all food

Had a great breakfast sandwich there. I accidentally left my backpack there. I didn't realize it until we were almost on the highway to come back to Baltimore. We went back and they had it for me. They refused my efforts to leave a tip, and they were the nicest ladies! Thank you once again!

If you're looking for a good meal for a small price this is the place to go! Southern style fare for 10$ or less. Great breakfast choices and they have a lunch vegetable/side buffet.

Very good home cooked food. Love the small cafe atmosphere. Staff is friendly. Breakfast offers red hot links, fatback, and fried bologbologna. Try their pancakes. Lunch menu is equally as good. Prices are great.

The people who left bad reviews are highfalutin city folk. This is 100% delicious southern diner food. Chicken was hot and moist and the grits were buttery and smooth.

Kim and Lee have been feeding the hungry breakfast and lunch in Carrboro 6 days a week here. Enjoy the finest in southern delicacies like fried chicken, fish and shrimp, meatloaf, country steak and a wide range of all you care to eat vegetables Monday thru Saturday from 7 am to 2 pm. Tell them Tim sent you. You will love it.

The food and the people's who works there are great plus the price you pay for a full meal is extremely low compared to other restaurants. I give them a ten out of ten if I were to rate them.

Good ole southern vittles. Yummy hush puppy "donuts." Amazing vegetables. My favorite is protein item is the fish.
